[app]WATCHMEN: Justice is Coming[/app] hope link is good.
the guy who plays Richard Nixon is my Drama Teacher
Hahaha I posted a thread like this a second after you! Link is not working for me (I'm Canadian so I guess that's why).
Well, I'm in the US and it doesn't work for me either..
It brings up a blank "Search Results" page.
I'm in the US and it works for me.
EDIT: Here's the Link http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=306630093&mt=8
I managed to pull it up by searching for watchmen justice.
Edit: That works too
is this game looking good to anyone??
This works. Thanks. = )
Descr. Says .9 version pre-release, I'm half way through d/l, I'm sure I've bought worse @ $.99!
lol, I hope it's good, bought 5 minutes ago as soon as I saw thread title
I just bought it. Entered my information to register but when I tap create new account, nothing happens.
Edit: Nevermind. User name and password must be 8 characters long.
Ok, I bough the game and I must say, this is a great accomplishment. It's fully 3d, with the fight scenes and environments having especially good graphics. The controls are tap where you want to go, and you can challenge random people to fights, to live chat with them, and check out their profile(in case anyof you were wondering, all the other players are live and moving too) All of these reasons make it a revolutionary iPhone game.
How do the fights work?
yeah just bought it and find it pretty impressive. the environments are very detailed and im guessing that this game will grow into a community all on its own. the costume system was unexpected. you rummage through dumpsters to find new pieces of your costumes that can be used in the "costume editor". there is a full story line, but i have yet to attempt any of the missions, although i have been in a few fights and can report that the battle system is interesting and easy to pick up. you can find me running around under the name "frozendreams" lol if you see me say hi.
For awhile, this will be the iPotch version of Second Life!
I have to say this game is very refreshing.
You start out by creating a new character with a name, gender, skin color, and personality type(chosen by looking at an ink blot and choosing ''what you see''). You're then thrown into a 3D ''New York'' where the story is set for you.
The load time for this true MMO is great for an iPod/Phone. Like others have said, you touch the screen to where you want to go in the fully 3D environment. You collect costume parts, follow a story, fight RL players and in game bots. All of this gains you EXP so you can level up. When you level, you gain ability points when you level that can go into health, attack, defense, and movement.
It has a decent framerate with a few minor glitches.
$.99 for a TRUE MMO on the iPod is an absolute steal, no matter how you look at it.
So far I really like it.
I agree - excellent game with plenty of potential and can only get better. Bargain at 99 cents! I just got my a$s handed to me by some costumed up person lol.
It did crash a couple of times but seemed to be more stable upon restart.
iamalive - I was just chatting to you on there (as orbital1).
I played about 15 minutes. The game crashed on me once and it does feel a little incomplete, but as this is a pre-final build I think it'll be something really neat later on.
However, it will be interesting to see their pricing model...will we get a free upgrade when version 1.0 comes out?
Not in the german store....
