Why everytime, i have to restore my purchased when i started the game for playing normandy advance campaign? Is there a bug?... I use ipad ios 8.1.3

Okay, problem solved with just hit Buy iap button again...restored purchased option is not fully function because everytime i comeback to the game it ask me to buy again...
The October War update has finally arrived, and the developer has kept their word, as everyone who owns the base game gets the base October War campaign for free with the option for more through the purchase of DLC. Basically the same approach they used with the Normady campaign is used here.
I am finding the first two advance scenairos as the Israels very hard. The enemy just outnumbers me and take the objectives, I can't stop them. Any tips?
