Wtf? Lol, I actually got SG. It plays well. Not sure if it was worth the asking price now though. This is a lot more disappointing since apparently, I can't even play it properly on the latest iPod.
Shadowgun ran well, but the gameplay was meh... Except for the last boss. But whatev. Back on topic. I'll definitely get COB, but we'll hafta see about the full game.
Im using v1.0.3 of this game and doesnt fix any shit, just more crash logs pop ups on your screen, even though Im using an ipad 2 unjailbroken, I'll wait for MC3 which will be the best FPS multiplayer as MC2 is.
So tonights question for trev....gettin Squids....gettin Starbase Orion.....getting Warm Gun....or....Dark Meadow? Since i cleared the room i figure wtf...any input?....obviously ill get COB but ...im a big FPS multi fan....when its done right
This is the big question though. The people who have already got their hands on this are complaining of performance issues, lag, crashing, and bad controls. Not sure this is quite done right yet. I'm also still waiting for CoB to test things out and see how it runs on my device.
FPS issue or not, controls suck period. It's a mixture between tilt (Doodle Jump, CoD Zombies) and controls other shooting games have(Gameloft). And my menu is blank
Was massively looking forward to this and just played with it for a bit. Performance is bad. Menus are basic and ugly. Crashes occur easily. Controls don't come near Nova 2 or even Archetype. Game should not have been released in this state.
Ok guys, i started it two more times with clearing it from the multitasking bar because when it ran, it ran smooth. I don´t know why it keept crashing upon the first starts, but after that it ran fine. It still is now, just tried an online match to be sure. So maybe you shouldn´t write it off just now. The missing things like more gameplay-options that i mentioned earlier can be easily implemented i hope. Even though i´m wondering why they´re not in the game already.
Yes, it's a demo version of WG. ----- Ah, f**k it. Even if the game turns out to perform like shit, I'm going to get it tonight. I'm sure they'll fix it quickly if it turns out there really are a ton of issues. Edit: ah, not so sure again lol.
