I'll pay £25 to play it now even if it is beta version - genuine offer, willing to negotiate (up to £100000000000000000000000000)
Why do people create accounts just to post nonsense like this Edit: removed the nonsense from the quote and changed it to be more appropriate
It's called Search Engine Optimization. The goal is to get the websites they are promoting (and link to) to rank higher when people search for certain terms. Ranking at the top of Google's results for a particular query can be worth a lot of money. However, this sort of simple forum spam is not very effective (which is why you don't see very much of it).
Ben Murch - @RodeoBenjamin - on Twitter: @RodeoBenjamin: Thanks! Yes it's in review with Apple. We'll let you know as soon as we figure out a release date. Well, it seems like the long wait is nearly over...
Glad to see the wait is almost finally over. Now to stock up on some iTunes cards and clear some memory in the ol iPhone.
Tomorrow? No way. Even if it is "in review", add two weeks for promotion, building up hype and stuff. They said they're figuring out a release date. It's no instant release after review. But I am now unsure if I should get it. Looks like there's so much IAP for expansions, characters and other stuff. Games Workshop aren't known for being generous. Tho I had hever a problem to spill out cash for iOS games, it's the GW mindset that annoys me. Make a complete package, GW, charge 20-30 bucks and I'll gladly buy it. But I won't pay for every single item, expansion and character. I doubt that the Rodeo devs will set the price. But we'll see about this topic.
I'll be getting this ASAP but I agree with the gamesworkshop pricing there not known for being cheap, hopefully the expansions are cheaper than their miniatures
That's what he said today and they wanna figure out a release date. So "tomorrow" won't be likely at all. And what when it is getting rejected instead of approved?
It would be awesome if it became available this week, but that is extremely doubtful. Just knowing that it is close has me pretty damn excited. As for the iap, it just depends on how much we will have to pay for how much content. I have no problem paying for content that extends gameplay and/or adds to the overall experience, but if it is just frivolous "fluff", I won't pay for it. Bring on WQ!
So hyped for this game.. I love Warhammer. I have pretty much all video games based on the ip. sadly never been able to play the table top as I live on remote place.
I know it's been said it will work on iPhone and iPad but I wonder whether I will be able to play on the phone whilst I'm out then carry on my game but enjoy the graphics on the bigger screen when I get home?
