Thanks that got me moving again. Just did the black quest, it was epic. Those black orks are really nasty. But I made like 12000 coins from the quest so now its time for a spending spree and the skaven.

Hmm.. anyone have bug like this? I've done quest with cursed tooth and unlock the black quest with Idol of Mork or something like that. But when i click on the icon, black square pops up, not normal quest window.

Im playing on iPad 3 . Anyone knows what can be done to fix this?

Like the red quests in the game, you can only select the black quests from specific cities, namely Wurtbad for the main black quest, and Dunkelberg for the expansion black quest.

The black square that pops up when selecting the icon when not in Wurtbad is a bug.

No, that's about right. The odds are based on rolling a 1 on a 1d6. That's approximately 17%. So it's not surprising you've been getting zeros more often than you originally expected.

At any given time, you have approximately a 2.8% (1 in 36) chance of getting two zeros in a row, and a 0.46% (1 in 216) chance of getting three zeros in a row. Rare, but over the course of the campaign, you're likely to see this happen a couple of times, since you have a roughly 50-50 chance of three consecutive zeros over a period of 150 turns.

    thanks guys.

The main black quest was awesome, finally a challenge. If whole game looks like this, damn it would be neat. Too bad there is only one such quest :(

I'm not sure if I got another copy of the game or what because I've read several times here that people think the game is to easy.

I just wiped my whole group on a standard white quest, "save the blacksmith" or something at the southwestern border of the main province. Playing on Hardcore tough, people might be playing on easy?

    My marauder was lvl 6
    Iron breaker lvl 5
    Elf lvl 5
    Wizard lvl 5
All pretty well equipped and with at least one healing item per person.

I got totaly slaughtered when first a group of 4 big Orc bosses got backed up by 6 Orc boys and 2 Orc bosses.
I barley managed that fight, used all my healing items

Directly after that I met 4 Night goblin shamans and 4 night goblins plus 2 night goblin bosses.
Didn't stand a chance when the shamans bombarded me with those green spells that do around 15 dmg. Plus buffing the night goblin big bosses so they attacked 5 times each.

And that was a white quest, standard stuff.

Now I got to rebuild my team again :( "sniffles".

    On the rebuilding note.
Is the spells the wizard gets linked to his name?
I never got the razors with my first wizard, but got it with my second. They had different names.
Some kind of guide would be appriciated.
    Thx in advance.

On 'Adventurer' I breezed through almost everything except the final mission. I'm not sure if hardcore has tougher combat or just adds permadeath.

But those random spawns can suck. If you get a tough fight in a room and then it drops something nasty on you from behind you can get wrecked. The Orc Shaman buffs are way overpowered, too, since they improve EVERY enemy and they stack...

I’m fairly certain ‘hardcore’ difficulty makes the game a bit harder by spawning more difficult monsters. On my ‘adventurer’ run-through I generally found white quests a breeze with spawns being a few boss type monsters and then a bunch of regulars. On ‘hardcore’ I occasionally see Black Orcs spawn in white quests and it is not rare to be ambushed by 3 or more big bosses backed up by great shamans.

While things in my ‘hardcore’ game are slowly getting easier as I get better loot, it definitely seemed like I had a much harder time on average that ‘adventurer’. Still, I really think the game needs some quests that push level 6’s to give more purpose to grinding for the best loot. As is, it seems once you get 4 heroes fully decked out and max level everything becomes trivial regardless of the difficulty.

Yeah I agree, the game got huge potential, and if they play their cards right they can easily add 3-5 expansions for 3$ a piece, without much effort really.

1: Add human enemies - Bandits, rouge knight etc. and a new setting, maybe forest encampment
2: Add Bigger enemies, Dragons, Giants, Hydras etc, and add a Cave setting for these monsters to dwell in.
3: Add new items, 30 new rares, 30 new uncommon and 30 new greens. New Weapon types.
    4: Add New classes
5: Add a totaly new area, like the skaven campaign.

Then the game would be completely epic and really have a great replay value.

Total of around 50$ for a iOS game is a pretty decent income for them.

Ok, i know this has come up but can't find it. Have found all towns and won all quests but 1 and the great finale just wont appear. I have played at least 8-10 white quests since and it just will not show up. Any suggestions, should i just take my level 6 team and go kill skavens

I have enjoyed this game immensely and it is comparable to playing the D&D boardgames of Wrath of Ashardalon or Castle Ravenloft, though of course WHQ preceded those, shame I wasn't able to buy this in its cardboard version. Anyway, I played through Idol of Mork and it was a blast, midway we fought through Hordes of Black Orcs, I was surprised they stopped arriving ha ha ha. And again, the final battle was amazing with four waves of black orcs. My Gray Wiz ported away luring off three and managed to voidmaster the remaining heroes one after the other with the Dwarf and Marauder ultimately whittling the Orc army down. The Archmage was also a clutch player with his offensive and defensive capabilities being pushed to the limit. amazing, truly the best virtual battle Ive had all year.

I love this game and hope they will come out with more content up to level ten, and hopefully beyond. Now if only they would port Chaos Gate and spruce it up.

Damn, I've had to put the game down for over a week and In a quest it's asked what was the name of the Skaven Clan that wrecked Bogenhafen, I can't remember for the life of me? Anyone care to let me know in a spoiler or pm?

Good news everyone: Today RodeoGames has announced the new expansion for Warhammer Quest via their Twitter account. The new expansion is named "The Brutal Tribe" and it features new Heroes, Monsters, Items, Quests! And a new Level Cap! It will be out in September! Hell yeah! :D

Don't know yet. But I think, it is a save bet that the expansion and the new heroes will cost money via IAP. Just like the Skaven expansion and the additional warriors.

My guess is with yours. They've probably put a couple months of work into it, so I'd imagine its worth IAP. That said, I hope for an option to get all at once in a bundle, rather than just individually ...

Really looking forward to the new update, I will gladly buy it all. I personally think this game is Rodeos most polished version of their game engine, even with the much lower level cap than Hunters 2 I still keep coming back to this time and again instead of Hunters 2. I personally love this game.:D

I don't have this but will get as soon as I get some credit. How much is the IAP. I mean the necessary IAP to move forward.
I want to be sure to have enough. Also is there an all pack like bundle?
Some games have this kind of budget bundle!
