Actually it doesn't prevent you from exploiting it again, just on the very next dungeon. If you wear the (broken) item in question when you complete the next dungeon it gains its power back for the following dungeon. I would tend to agree with you though, except for one piece. The dungeons are WAY too easy that this extra power proves game-breaking in any way. It's use it simple to make this easy game quicker. whoda
Except that the munchkin players will just enter a dungeon and exit to reset the locked item, switch hats, repeat, then go tackle the tougher dungeon with 3+ charged hats again. If you're playing "as intended", it becomes a bug because you might very well decide to swap gear mid-dungeon for perfectly non-exploitive reasons and then find yourself with an empty college hat in your next dungeon not knowing why. If you're playing to exploit the existing code base as far as possible, there's plenty of work arounds to their "solution". So, if it was intentional, not clever at all.
Ohhhh, I am quite pissed off at iCloud. I had the game running on two devices, iCloud was working great, I deleted it off once device to make room for KOTOR and got about three more hours in on the other device. I reinstalled it on my second device once again, only to find the three hours hasn't transferred. I dismissed that and stopped playing it on that file, but for some reason, iCloud transferred THAT file onto my other device, deleting everything I had gained in that time. Has anything like that ever happened to anyone?
Yep thats icloud - a serious piece of crap Worse cloud service available basically I now try to avoid using it at all
what happens when you do? i don't have the game open right now but when i click retire it says the warrior is gone and you may never get it back. what does that mean, 'never get it back'? and could someone briefly explain the difference between the Retire Screen and the screen where you pick the 4 warriors you want to play? one screen says Retire under each active warrior, the other just let's you unselect one and then select a new one (assuming you have purchased an IAP warrior or two). thanks.
If you retire a Warrior, it is gone forever, but you can create a new Warrior of the type that you retired. I've done it when I didn't like the build of my Warrior Priest. The second WP that was created fared much better.
it means just that that the warrior is gone forever so you just had to get another from level 1 that way you can get new skills
Pretty much what they said I found it usefull for my Gray Seer had to try for better spell. One thing I did before retiring in uneuip all his gear. My Archmage has Apothesis and Archane Flurry(?) the one that hits every visible enemy in screen. Really like my Troll Slayer and IronBreaker. But yeah when you retire character is gone.
ok, you don't lose the warrior you just start all over with a rookie warrior. how about the 2 screens. let's say i have all 7 characters. one screen has the Retire option under each of the ACTIVE adventurers and the other screen just let's you deselect the Marauder and select the War Priest instead. why the 2 screens. the Retire screen is when i'm in town, the deselect/select screen seems to show up when i start a quest. is that the difference?
get rid of. You can replace them with a new warrior. You can't get the original one back, although you can make another of the same class.
When you select before the dungeon you are simply choosing which of your characters is going on that specific quest. Your next quest you choose again,
The scroll is exactly one of the examples i was thinking of. That makes sense if some are mislabeled. There is also a 4-6 wounds item that seems to be misslabelled an accessory as well. Something else they can fix with an update I suppose.
Has there been any updates on the ETA for the massive update Rodeo said they submitted to Apple last week?
Finally got the achievement for all skaven found, the final black skaven mission is Brutal! And the the master assassin(?) tore my group up something fierce, I think he ignores armor. Still playing and looking for that super Trollslayer axe.
I think I saw someone else mention this a while back but didn't see what, if any, resolution there was. I just cast Voidmaster for the first time on my rogue, and he hasn't returned. The fight is now over (maybe 3 turns later), and he's still gone. Has anyone else seen this happen? Is there a known fix or way to bring him back? Or do I have to either quit the mission or finish without him?
Hi, I've found a gold glitch. I've only tested on level one, after completing a dungeon you are given 50 gold. After receiving go back to main menu, load the save again, when it loads you will get the same gold given so another 50. It is time consuming but it works spot on all the time So far I've got 1000 gold on a new play through in 15 minutes. Bye for now!
