Thanks for that. Just been reading the previous pages, was about to buy when I read you have to rotate the ipad to access the inventory. That seems a little daft. Anyway I only speak for myself here and that's a dealbreaker. I'll wait until theres an inventory button added.
Found a spelling mistake. In the Encouter screen description it says they find a Hafling blindly wondering the passages instead of wandering. If there's a dev here would be nice to fix that. They are from Guilford and presumably would have gone to Guilford Grammar where they would have learnt that. #
Glad to help but help but think you're needlessly missing out over a button.. Each to their own though.
I'm sorry, I'm disabled and my ipad2 is fastened to an arm most of the time as its heavy to hold and with it being like that, its rather hard to turn, I'd have to keep undoing it.
so after watching gameplay what makes this better then hunters 2? it looks like hunters meets medevil
I'm not disabled, but I often play games with my iPad in a stand. If you really have to turn it to play, that's a pretty stupid design decision. Hard to believe this got through playtesting.
No need to apologise, had no idea you were disabled. I have to ask if that means you're wearing the ipad a bit like a sheild though?
Wow. First time the town book opened up like a pop up kids book I was blown away. Did not know about that. Done a couple of quests. If I hadn't given the lute to the minstrel I wonder what difference that would have made?
With the three warriors you can buy when you select the first two the description of them are in, first one German, second one Italian but the description of what they give you is in English. The last warrior is all in English. I bought all three anyway but this is an obvious mistake.
This is a valid issue. I will email the devs about it. Hopefully you will be in the dungeons with us before too long
That's how I tend to use my iPad as well. I have a feeling that we'll probably see initial resistance from the developers to the idea of including the inventory in landscape orientation, followed by the grudging but inevitable implementation of such. For the sake of convenience, how about we just skip to the implementation part as soon as possible? ^_- I'd also like to see an option to speed up the animations; everything is just a wee bit too ponderous.
After installing it the app in iTunes store says Update instead of Downloaded. So I update it and it updates the full app but still says update. Description of update is language fixes.
I KNOW RIGHT?! Seriously guys, the level of quality here is off the charts. It feels like it's been given the care and attention of a console title, but isn't trying to be one. It belongs squarely on touchscreen devices. This is what I've been waiting for since I first bought my iPad. Bring up disabilities and they'll probably cave a lot faster. It's a shame we sometimes have to resort to that, but if you want to get something done... Either way, there's no reason to hate on the game just yet. This is too good to give up on and I suspect the devs love it enough themselves to keep improving it for a while.
I'm guessing this is only for hardcore fans of this Warhammer tabletop game? I never heard of this title/series before, and pretty much fell asleep watching the videos Sanuku posted... Select character + move + select character + move + repeat... I know it's a turn-based strategy game but come on, there were huge segments in the video where there weren't even any enemies. Unless it's similar to Fire Emblem guess I'll skip this one. And a $4.99 game with IAPs that cost $5 doesn't make it appealing exactly. Not even full console ports or games like Infinity Blade cost this much.
