My bad. It's just that my device is getting older and I've been burned before with lag or really jaggy visuals compared to screenshots. But I guess I got a little overhyped with this game
Played the tutorial, I'm in love with this game already! For some reason can't appear to turn on iCloud in the settings though, anyone else having this or am I being dumb!?

really lazy port from ipad to iphone in therms of ui, everything is extremely small therefore. and to answer how it runs on iphone four, well it looks and runs ok.
What is the save system like? If my app gets closed while I'm doing something else, how much progress will I lose, if any? Thanks.
How do you get the Skaven dlc? Also is anyone else getting German and Italian in the additional content screens?

I bought my first warhammer rule book almost thirty years ago, after saving up my pennies when I was 13. Playing this game has given me the same thrill as that. Got to go to bed now as I'm working tomorrow (or rather later today) but yes, first impressions of this are very good. Very polished, a lot of depth and very much the feel of the warhammer universe.
Very very tempted to buy this but the iap is driving me away I don't mind paying for the game, I'm happy to pay if theres no iap but I'm not sure i want to drop £3 on it when I could hit the pay wall with iap 30 mins into the game. Mmmm :/
From what I've gathered reading this thread - the IAPs are more expansions and extra content. I think I heard (well, saw) mention of being able to buy currency if you need to? Not sure. Otherwise, I'm pretty sure any IAPs are supplemental, not necessary.
I haven't heard of anyone needing to buy gold , most of the IAP is for new characters and an expansion . The core game lasts for 15 hours they tell me . Quite the bargin for 3 quid I'd say.
There is no pay wall, although I personally think the extra characters are overpriced here I played the boardgame as a kid and you don't need any other characters but the ones it comes with to complete dungeons.
