Nobody knows if this game goes on sale next week or maybe next month or whenever. And I think most of the guys here don't care about that, because we already own the game and we are willing to buy every expansion that is on the way.
I have no idea what your life's situation is, so I'm not here to judge you, but, really, either lower your expectations or, at least, learn to police yourself about posting these sorts of questions every third day. It is annoying to others in any thread, and it's particularly off topic and pointless in this one. Games Workshop did not become a successful company because of the mass market pricing of their goods, quite the opposite. They got there by charging a premium price, aggressively going after copy cats, and then promoting the bejesus out of their IP. The game is priced fairly, the expansions are priced fairly, and the characters, although priced high, are the most optional of optional IAPs. That said, maybe there will be a sale to drum up awareness, maybe there won't be. Rodeo has a pretty good track record of putting things on sale eventually, but no clue how much control they have over the pricing (and given GW's history, it's probably none). Just like the rest of us, you'll know soon enough.
I spoke to a guy at Rodeo and he told me that every time you ask that same question they halve the chance of a sale.

I see you already got some undeserved flak for asking this. The problem is, there have been a few people that mention the price of WQ in a rather derisive manner, which I don’t think was the case with your inquiry. Honestly though, I really don’t see WQ going on sale anytime soon. First, the game is going strong, recently featured on several Apple lists and now releasing the first post-release expansion. Second, the game is marketed as a premium title, with individual characters at $3 each, and expansions at $5. The simple fact is, the type of person that shy’s away from buying a $5 title until it is half price or so, probably is not the target consumer who would then buy additional content at the prices listed. Thus, I would not hold my breath that WQ will see any discounts at all or until the current interest dies down, which judging by the draw of the newest expansion, could be at the least a year away.

Yeah, I feel your pain, I keep checking the App Store to see if the update is available yet, even though I know it probably won't be up til next week.
They just submitted the update yesterday, so I wouldn't expect the update until next week at the earliest and that's if everything goes smoothly(not rejected).
