Thanks Pete for taking the time to come here. Shit happens but 2 updates in 4 days (week end included) since the game has been out is a pretty outstanding commitment in my book. I hope you could take some rest anyway. So, just to clarify things for everyone.... Am I correct that sorceress/wizard staffs use STR for damage unless differently specified? Is STR used for bow damage calculation too? Is INT used for potions/healing? Thanks again Pete!
I really hope WHQ2 ends up pleasing the bean counting suits in the corner offices, because I look forward to taking this game to its fullest extent- the more ongoing dlc, the better. The WH universe has nigh unlimited possibilities. This initial hiccup is only worrisome to me in that perspective. People in game companies who dont make games are the first to give up on them.
Has anyone requested this feature.. Upon using up all our moves the game auto end turn. Or is there a reason not to?
Hey You are correct. Unless specified STR is used for the damage. Obviously there are various items/weapons that switch things around. But, yeah, unless otherwise specified STR is used for staffs & bows. INT is not used for healing.
Hey. The reason behind not doing the auto end turn is that you might want to switch around what your are carrying before the ai take their turn. If you were using a two handed weapon, and couldn't hold a shield, you might want to switch to a one handed weapon plus shield before the ai start attacking you.

Working again I had no time to play right now after the update, I just tried to reload my save file for a brief moment and it worked again after constantly crashing.
And finally home from work and downloading update. If it works , I'll have 2 files (one currently corrupt and 1 fine) question is which file to continue with!! However , a big thanks to the developers coming and working on patches so quickly. Hopefully works as can't wait for more warriors DLC # still the best game on my iPad and I am a fan of the current hero inventory setup and still rocking with the blood knight##
Haha... Well, i can promise you that we'll certainly consider it. We're taking note of everything that's said. And we will certainly consider all of it. We plan to continue to develop the game for a long time. That means adding additional content but it also means working on areas of the base game that we think need attention. We'll try to evolve and improve the game as best we can
Game impressions I know a lot of people are still having stability issues, but for those of us who can play... The Weapon master rune seems to be God Mode incarnate. Gave it to my GG, she's got the Twilight Bow and the Spirit Sword. Both cost 2AP, but with weapon master, it means 1AP per attack. The bow is lethal and the sword ignored armor (and it works), so there really isn't any enemy she's afraid of and she often solos entire rooms herself, killing everything before it gets a chance to approach. I found (bought in a store) the exploding pistol for my EC. It's fairly powerful but something about it, I just don't like. I'll probably swap it back with the repeater, despite that weapon being pretty weak. Right now I tend to be less challenged since my GG is a death machine, so I can make choices that I just like better that are mechanically inferior. Otherwise, I find it kind of disappointing there isn't a decent 1H weapon for the EC. Strange the best weapon for him seems to be... a short sword? Meanwhile the GG and HE have much better single weapon options available to them. Probably the Sorceress, too. Speaking of her, I'd previously used the Slayer, but his best options seem to be non-working atm, the rune that ignores armor resistances for example, and he's just too slow to keep up damage-wise, even if he was up to speed, he's not durable enough to handle being melee and his damage output is subpar. Replaced him with the Dark Elf and she's been much more useful.
Doesn't seem like ignore armor is ... ignoring armor. My slayer has the rune and he's doing 4-8dmg per hit to beastmen on a hard dungeon with his slayer axe.
@Patros: the Explosion Pistol is for crowdclearing, the Repeater for single targets my two Pistol Captains each carried both. Also yes, Weaponmaster is *very* good. I still need to try if it stacks, didnt get around to that yet. The most powerful 1H weapon currently is the Knuckleduster, until Perchang hopefully takes it down a notch or three. 70% critchance is insane. Slayer I think (currently just starting with him, but already planning him out) is for later game to shine, when you can afford the better equipment for him and have enough slots to use it. E.g. I saw Bracers with 40% Meleee Deflect. And the Res-Ignore Rune doesnt work atm makes him a lot less useful. But even on level 1 with only the 1AP Axe and nothing else he is really good at close-quarters crowdcleaning. My level 1 heroes fare way better than expected, currently at Storyquest 4 with that group and still not feeling challenged much
Hi, just tried my corrupted file and it appears still corrupted. Stuck between two towns and no matter what mission I take and complete it says 'puppet master' mission completed. And plops me back in the same place. I've attached a screen grab (hopefully I've attached it correctly) Not minding to much as already have another file that I'm using. But I'll email Perchang and see if that can stop it happening for others . Also how can I give touch arcade forum star ratings on this game as clicking the 5 stars but not getting anything Cheers again.
