How do you proactively sell items?

The only way I can sell is when I'm prompted to sell my lowest items.

Just to give a suggestion on those who are thinking of buying the supply drop.

Max level right now is 40 and the wargear you get from the supply drop scale to your level. So it would best if you buy it once you reach 40 to get the most out of your gold.

For me personally I'd use the gold to buy the forge slot because eventually you'll get a ton ore with nothing to spend on. Also it'll be worth it since at late game your forging time would be about 5-7 hours per equipment not to mention what you'll be getting from it could be worse than what you are currently wearing right now, so for me another slot wouldn't hurt.

On the right of the item name you can see a teeth like mechanism there. Just tap and hold it until it gets sold.

Also regarding the stats. Make sure that the leaderboard that you are looking at is on the mission that you have completed and not on the game center.

Imo it's all comparative - there's barely any point in my buying epic wargear atm bc every single slot is epic and, at best, I'll get one or two pieces with +10(ish).

However... I've run out of epic and legendary items to forge with. Looking forward, it'll begin to make sense for me to max out on crates in a level or two's time - when the purple bonanza has a boosted wg rating compared to what I'm currently packing, and I'm all out of kit to guarantee a continued supply

May also opt for the forge slot. I think that hasn't looked like a priority so far, bc I've always been able to craft decent epic kit as I'm chugging along. Looking forward, I can imagine real advantages from trying to churn out relatively small gain blue (and green?!) wargear.

Over 200k ore in the bank atm and 1k gold. Looking for uses :D

What mix of items are you forging to get legendary items?

Bought em (the legendaries, that is) - starter pack, three for £5.

Gave a long lasting legacy of forgeable epics. (That, plus a second IAP containing four epics, has kept me in epic parts -> L23. Think all of my current crop are forged rather than purchases / finds, though are only all epic bc of the IAP legacy.

I'm now running out of epic juice :D

Though as I type this, I've just realised I can upgrade my wargear with ore. Duh.)

Edit: 128k ore to upgrade my weapons to L1 / +24 overall wg rating :D Wow. I'm not as rich as I thought :D

It's a little over a million ore to upgrade a purple weapon from 240 to 264

Still a bit disappointed that there isn't much so much game play / skill level and its main down to having the right items / spending money.

I think it goes towards the completion count if you forge immediately with gold and from the forge button on the quest screen? If this is the case I have a theory...you then HAVE to spend quite a lot of your gold to upgrade the various items before you can get the next quest drop (which are quite lucrative for ore). Sneaky!! Might just be a bug though...

A few tips...I haven't spent much cash so grind a lot. If you're wanting plenty of ore then keep doing the patrol missions even if (and especially) if you can't complete them- they can net a lot more ore than most campaign missions. When doing these missions I shoot all statues, pillars, lamps, generators, pipes, architecture- you can run up several thousand++. Was watching ads to get ore multipliers but it makes the game CRASH horribly. Getting a bit of lag, stutter and crash now and then anyway on IPad Air, but the game looks so good and is such a blast, not too fussed.

Daily challenge is something like 'forge 4 items'. Hardly a challenge.

Anyone able to get the Loyalty Quest to work? Mine looks like it's about to start (a new screen flashes up) but then it comes straight back out to the main menu.

Just a heads up. There's a somewhat hidden mission in chapter 7 named "Special Overkill Mission" which gives a legendary item, I don't know if the item is random or not but it is definitely legendary tier (I got a helmet).

I don't know exactly how to make it appear but for me I finished all the mission in chapter 7 and I just waited in the world map a bit before it showed up.

Forge button on the quest screen always works.

Weirdly, I've had one forge quest where *only* this worked (forge any five items, I think) and one forge quest where any forging worked (three carapace items).

Imo, the only sensible way to approach some of these quests is by ransacking bottom-end mission for junk wargear. I've currently got two quests to forge, like, five or ten pieces of uncommon (or better) wargear, reward 10,000 / 15,000ish ore.

Can't really see myself getting past that for the next week or three :D Unless I farm junk. Even then, I think it'll work out at a loss.

    Event. Sorry. Not challenge!

Levels out wargear / any IAPs across all participants.

I *totally* bombed at yesterday's, which leaves me thinking there's an element of something I clearly haven't picked up.

I keep getting the message that I can't connect to the server. I assumed it wasn't built yet and coming soon.

Can you get on any time?

Odd, it won't register any of my forges in the quest if I use ore instead of gold, even after I've collected the item. Pretty sure they were all blue or purple items. Maybe there IS a bug...
