And let's not forget all the people who did not read this forum and had this problem. The sooner the patch will be out, the better. Can't blame people to be angry when the game does not keep its promise (here, no packs with only T1).
I understand, but in that case, before ragequitting, uninstalling and asking for a refund, I'd try to contact the devs/support and find out what's happening. Most of the times the devs are willing to find a solution/compensation. It's not always greedy monkeys out there. And the devs here have more than enough shown they care for us and are doing all they can (considering it's just 9 of them) to fix all issues. I've bought 12 packs with IAPs, one with RPs and 2 from act completion and never got a T1-oblò pack; so it is possibile that during beta none of the testers had experienced this bug. They can't fix what they don't know is broken
Spot on! I said it earlier...some people seem already addicted or obsessed by the card packs. It's like a drug...
I understand your point but each player/customer will react in a way of his own faced with a critical bug, and a lot will just uninstall and ask for a refund if they experience this bug or being stuck in a level, etc. That's the way the smartphone market works. A bug in the first minutes of the game can be enough for a player to uninstall and move on. I enjoy the game very much and I'm sure they are working hard to fix those serious issues. We can communicate with them here but most players probably don't know that and don't know/don't care that Rodeo Games is a small company. That's why this patch is of paramount importance and should be released (without causing new problems!) asap. I'm not trying to pile up on Rodeo Games, not at all. On the contrary, I'm rooting for them and for this problem to be behind them asap. About the fact that most players don't know a patch is on the way, maybe an in-game announcement could have helped? Doesn't seem necessary if the patch is released today, though.
Interface Filter Hard to show without lots of pics.. but you can imagine with 5 rows of tier 4 marines how many marines and wargear you accumulate over time, and that's only with tier 2 and higher items of worth. It wouldn't be too difficult to add a filter for marines and wargear? It's already categorized in the codex and having it instead of scrolling through everything would be a good idea. It can be displayed horizontally on the top as icons.
Alright, thanks for asking. If changes were to be made, I prefer it happen for the gameplay over the interface anyways.
It's been brought up a few times before but implementing some sort of crafting system would be a awesome feature down the road for those of us who would be attempting to find that one specific item or work towards completing the codex. Of course the T3 and T4 marines and items would be more difficult to acquire, perhaps something like this for purchasing marines: T1 - 100 RP T2 - 200 RP T3 - 400 RP T4 - 800 RP Or something similarly scaled. That way you have to work to get the high tiered items but it's doable.
Not when 1 and a half rows are Sternguard hahha Matt, about what you said earlier and a filter being too difficult. I'm kinda curious what isn't going to be difficult if UI organization changes are? I'm sure the devs are prioritizing issues as it is, with gameplay bugs and crashes being on top, but if you can squeeze the many UI stuff people have been posting about on the list and not crossing it off, I think we'd all appreciate it. Also, should we be banking RP for an update with new items or once you collect everything that's it? It'd be nice to see RP used to do other things. RP USES; - Perhaps upgrading items? Or unlocking more ability slots for lower tier marines to make them more useful? - Changing portraits or looks of marines?? - Converting it into XP to level up quicker???
Crafting system may be too much of a new feature for now but how about adjusting drip rates so less of a chance to see instances of 7+ of 1 item/hero and more of a chance to draw something you have 0 of? In my case I'm extremely discouraged because i know unlimited IAP and years of playtime/effort does not guarantee i will ever have 100% Codex and that to a completionist like myself is truly torture.
finished it on normal now without losing anybody in the last missions. They honored their chapters very well Awesome game, best in a long while and such a bargain. And finally i had luck with the"final"card pack and got my second T4 and which is also my first apothecary (blood angel,Sanguinary priest).YES Moving on to veteran now... edit:i was also lucky, never had the"stuck on enemy turn"bug nor other nasty stuff. The only thing that bothers me is this:
Can anyone confirm whether they can edit the Loot and Bug document I made? I set it to editable by anyone with the link but Sheets acts weird sometimes: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/115vT2_ShFUwynHvDl8BnaL3OU6tp_IKFp7SRkH324M8/edit?pli=1#gid=2142632335
I had a situation now where my marine definitely fired six shots on overwatch,so it worked as expected. He was still standing between two marines while this happened. Is it possible that the"extra AP"are only available while he is still standing near other marines (at end of round)but he will loose this ability (extra AP)when he is not attached to other marines? That makes sense but is still confusing to be able to go on OW when there is no other marine next to him and therefore he'll loose the points (for OW) on enemy turn.
Hello Devs! Great Game! Thanks for your participation in this forum This is the second time I'm writing about the bug error which shows the "enemy moving" and never continues. I haven't heard back on what to do (((( This time I was almost finished with a mission and it did it again oye!! ((
