Anyone know the answer to below? I asked a page ago but didn't see anyone answer: Is the below passive 40% "Crit Chance" or "Crit Damage" ?
2-3: Mind of the Beast. You only need to kill the two Tyranid Guards after which you can run straight to the end tile and complete the stage. You'll want a marine with charge, and grenades really help to make this an easy run. Something I learned is that Guards really stick out more than they seem, and often you can shoot them from behind cover. Their spawn placement is random, but I've got it down to finishing the stage pretty easily in a few turns, as few as 2 if they are close to the marine spawn and in the open, but rarely beyond 3-4 turns regardless.
This might be old but one of my guys got overheated from using his offhand melee weapon. At that point I had to wonder was it his gun or his brain that was overheated.
I just saw another Warhammer title launched today. It charges $9.99. From what I have heard, it is no way half as good as Deathwatch. Actually I wonder why the price of Deathwatch is set lower that its peers. Plus, it was not even advertised months ahead of release. Most of the big titles on iOS today have some many leak images and trailers. It is just part of the marketing strategy.
Don't wait for the next update brother. I was just surveyed on whether there should be a larger leap in difficulty from Veteran to Heroic. So, you get the idea.
They could have charged 9.99 or 19.99 and I would have insta-bought that $hit like crazy. Hell, I'd even on triple that just to unlock all T4 Marines with an IAP.
Can someone enlighten me with a link to the spreadsheet with the gear drops? I would go looking for it, but not at almost 130 pages lol
From now on, whoever mentions unlocking all T4 marines, these guys would go on a parade to support him/her!
If you are talking about Arcane Magic, it's a blast, not sure were you heard it was "no way half as good as Deathwatch." It is freaking hard though! I do wish Rodeo would take some clues from AM and have some proper info listed about enemies, perhaps in the form of a codex. As for pricing, if you remember WHQ, there was a lot of pushback at the pricing model. Honestly I thought it was more than fair, but it certainly was not universally loved. Deathwatch though hasn't hit us with day 1 expansions that cost $3-5 each. Instead the game sells for a premium price and then has a freemium element in the form of packs. I actually think this is brilliant in theory, as freemium purchases are where the real money is in IOS gaming. Heck, we've seen at least one person on this board already admit to spending $400.
A codex for enemies would seem great. I thought about it too. Until I played on heroic and realized that it would spoil the surprise. On some level we all wanna see some challenges and get nervous about it. Not everything has to be by the book or codex.
Experiencing a bug I'm experiencing a bug. I'm running a squad of 5 Ultramarines. However, once I'm in the game on a mission, two of them are showing up in the interface as Blood Angels. (The figures themselves still have Ultramarine coloring.) The character dialogues related to them are also treating them as Blood Angels. I don't know if this has always been the case, or if it just suddenly started happening.
I was thinking more along the lines of entries like in WHQ, that only fill in as you actually see the units and whatever abilities they use. Even lore-wise it would just be nice to know a little about each unit. I played a Tyranid army years back, but I still don't remember a lot of the creatures, and I imagine people completely new to the lore would be lost in regards to what each specific Tyranid is supposed to be.
I'm up to $500+ spent now but the RNG hasn't been good to me so I give up trying to get those few items I'm missing using IAP..., on other hand I've purchased 100 copies of this game- ha! Below is my Codex after IAP and a ton of playtime. Hope they also add a mute music/sfx option asap because listening to game sound during a call or while listening to music ...
Just spent an hour or so farming RP. All tier 1! Haha. I don't see why people are complaining about the RP level. It takes an exhausting amount of work to gather a lot. Even if it's 4 for every completion. That's still 4 every 5 minutes. That's like 60-70 an hour counting straight play and load times. A pack an hour if your lucky, and if you want to go nuts doing the same thing over and over again I don't like that type of farming. I'll stick to XP farming. It's a ton more fun. You guys should definitely up the RP reward if you nerf 2.3 RP farm. Considering missions that take 20 minutes + should reward at lease 10. Idk, just me. Having tons of fun!
Has anyone found that the charge ability (that allows you to move extra 2 AP but can't shoot) won't let them even use hand to hand? Also to add to the excel spreadsheet of items : In Act 2-4, you can get the Triplex Alpha plasma cannon tier III on normal. Love this game otherwise!
Mine's comparably good! Would've been much better if the packs were more useful. I really wish there could be a trade system now! Btw you're not gonna let go of the music thing. Lol
Heroic missions reward an astonishing 15 RP each. Still I'm tired of farming. Next time I'm back in China I'll hire some child labor to do the work for me.
