Lick could you PM me the details on how to farm RP that quickly? I'm constantly getting tier 1 only in my packs haha. Would like to start getting some goodies
I've been farming a level as well and have it down to a brisk 2-2.5 minutes per run (including 45 sec. of load time and cut scene at the beginning and end of the level). Unfortunately I'm stuck on normal so I'm only getting 6RP per completion and 4RP per card.
@Rodeo Matthew, hi Could you comment if it's doable to allow us to bring less than 5 guys to a mission? Or in other words would Rodeo ever consider this feature in future? Reasoning: It would be an extra challenge and also help is pvp up new guys because less exp to share so each guy gets more kills/individual exp. Also if one of our guys is already unlocked all skills/passives and we don't want to grind lvls but rather swap in another unit to work on.
Exploits shouldnt be advertised or shared, especially in public. He's right to inform Rodeo and I'm glad he isn't advertising it.
Haha I think the developers left this as an alternative for those who don't like IAPs. Cuz I think this mission awards minimum xp and loot is no good. Personally I tries a few times. But when I see that single digit xp I knew that the developers are mocking me, as if I could hear them in my head.
Review: Fantastic TBS game! Thanks Rodeo Games for this golden nugget: Warhammer 40k: Deathwatch - Tyranid Invasion is really great! It's been a while since I have been this much into a game. I play on an iPhone 5 and the graphics are good, so are the music and the controls. What makes the game really come out on top is the Warhammer 40k atmosphere + the level design: there is a sense of progression and tension-building moments (Tyranids coming from everywhere, everything depending on a miss or a crit...) are really compelling. I can deal with the bugs, the slow movements, my device becoming boiling hot and the battery sucking: I mostly play in public transportations about 30 minutes at a time, so I know I will not end a mission in one session. I play slow anyway (habit from my days with X-COM). I have gone through the whole thread and am a little angry at myself for spoiling Act IV mission 4 (guys you should use the spoiler tag ). That did not prevent my kill team from being wiped though. I am considering going through the previous missions to level up a little more. Before that I need to confirm a potential exploit Spoiler with the Carnifex Honor your chapter!
I'm on Act 2.1 Veteran Mode Game crashes repeatedly after loading, it's messed up (iPhone 6). Cannot play at all. Have shut down all other apps and rebooted and still crashes. If I delete and reinstall will I retain my data?
Hi, I don't have any iPhone backups since I installed the game. Do you mean making an iPhone backup with the game in its current state?
I suppose you could... Nothing to lose at this point right? Or just wait for the patch to be released next week and hope it fixes it...
Well the question is more whether the character data is cloud saved or something else allowing me to reinstall the game and keep my data. Need a dev to answer this one.
No no no! Character data is not cloud saved up till this moment. I wonder why that is. Perhaps the developer were so focused on bring us the perfect game that iCloud got neglected. Also, there totally should be some game centre achievement for completing the game on Veteran and Heroic!
Just saw your picture lick, I didn't see the 1,000 RP your farmed. I was unaware you could farm that much. I can get about 6 every 10-20 minutes. Unless you spent hours upon hours getting that. Don't really wanna discuss it since some people are claiming exploit lol
The longest part for me is the mission briefing and loading times. Playing on Veteran I get 14 (10 For the mission and 4 for the card) every 2 - 2.5 minutes including loading. I spent a few hours on and off grinding and generated 1500 RP. See attached.
It's definitely not an exploit. I'm playing through a level and completing the mission as intended, I've just fine tuned one of my marines so he has a certain set of skills and items that allow him to complete the level in one or two turns. I've already mentioned the level earlier in the thread but it's not hard to figure out. If it wasn't for the loading times and the cut scene it would easily be under a minute. I would love to move on to Veteran and Heroic but I can't pass 6-1 due to a bug so for now it's just grind for RP or grind for XP.
