    Agree.

Suggestion for apothecaries would be to have an ability for something like group crit mitigation or group crit chance increase.

At the moment an apothecary is slightly less use than a wargear slot.

I'm looking for that T4 chainsword Emperor's Maw. It would be a nice companion for my Sanguinary Guard. But I cannot find it in the loot table spreadsheet. Does that mean that this sword only comes out of packs?

I can't access it right now but the Maw is in the loot table and you can also get it from packs obviously.
On Normal and Vet the maw is great on a Sang but for Heroic you'll need the Xeno smasher as the saws don't do enough damage.

I love assault and run two Sangs with Medusa and Xeno smasher. Put the 'take 5% but gain 20% health on kill' seals on and they're nearly at max. Anything above a t3 crit stim plus the SW assault crit boost and they're taking most big lads down.
They also run a '100% dmg mitigation' seal so they stand next to a big one, take everything and give it back on the rebound.
    Love em.

I think the most useless ability is the "gain 100% accuracy for this turn" for two reasons:
    1. It becomes less and less useful as the marine levels up, until it does nothing at level 25ish upwards.
    2. It is very unclear how this stacks with other accuracy-affecting debuffs, making it's effects unknown.

It does seem the Emporor's Maw is another of those silly bit of wargear you can't get from missions, even though there was space for the Tempest's Teeth to drop twice.
On the bright side it is included in one of the loop-packs, so if you get into the loop and you're very keen you can earn several much easier than intended.

I agree with the comment above though that the power fists are much better: Although they cost 2AP, you still get free attacks with abilities and counter-attacks meaning that overall they hurt more with less risk of getting counter-attacked back.

On another note, whilst we wait for the looping packs to be resolved I'm playing Warhammer 40k Armageddon.

I have restarted the game (uninstalled-reinstalled, removed from gamecenter) but it seem I am getting the same marines in this new play though? The prologue marines seem always to be the same but I also seem that I am opening the same packs as the first time??
If so, the replay value is 0

May i ask you how MANY hours you sunk into this game until it became boring? Why do you even continue to play now?5 Lone Wolfs and all on Level 87....should take"some"time to get to this point.

Half price and up to 4 players MP in the update coming very soon
    From PocketGamer :
"Rodeo Games will soon add competitive multiplayer to its brutal tactical battler Warhammer 40,000: Deathwatch, in a free update to the game.

Up to four players will be able to pit their Space Marine squad against other Tyranid Invasion players, and duke it out for dominance. You can stick around and watch the battle, or play asynchronously and come back when it's your turn.

To celebrate, Rodeo will slash Deathwatch's price in half like a Tyranid carcass. If it isn't already, the game will be £2.29 / $2.99 until the end of the week."

The only value is in using a different team to go through it again.

You'll always get the same packs. So even if you reinstall or keep a save before you open packs then reload if you don't like the result..the result will be the same

What ever I did re-set the seed for me. I have now got the BA T4 Tac that I never had before, and last time I got the T4 Priest, so it's a very different game for me. Also last time I never got a T4 weapon, this time I have a Fist and a Melta Gun.

    My steps where:
    Backup with iTunes,
Empty DW save folder to a storage folder on my Mac,
    update changes to phone,
Uninstall (if it prompted me to keep Game Center then I said NO),
    Reinstall,
    Play.

@RodeoMatt, managed to find another bug that I've not yet heard. On completing Act 3 M2 and getting to the last Promethean tank it decided to say defeat and I lost all my marines XP. Don't quite know why this happened! Any ideas?

Can you check if your marines actually have lost their XP? We've had reports of the debrief screen visually showing, incorrectly, that it was a defeat and that your marines lost XP. But, internally it was a success and marines have retained all their XP when you view them in the armoury.

I believe it sets accuracy to 100% regardless of debuffs since I often combine it with the 40% damage & - 10% chapter abilities. Never seen a miss take place or I was just extremely lucky.

No XP all marines lost it. Game registered as a loss and did not register it on heroic.

    This is incorrect!
I have now opened a few new packs and found a lv 4 wolfguard that I did not encounter in my first play through! Sorry for the former misleading post!

I had the same thing happen. I believe it was due to starting the mission, but not finishing it all in one play through. I replayed the mission after and finished it without exiting the app at all and it worked properly

Lost count. Card loops generated the Wolves. Time and "hardwork" got the xp.

    Now I'm completing the codex.
