The one with the glowing FENRIS on his chest? That's the one I have, my only one. I LOVE HIM. As he had just 5 skill, he was the first I fully skilled and geared. I think he is level 20. But I want a full Space Wolves team.
I actually have a UN devastator with over 50 percent of accuracy on his own plus the dead eye skill and extra AP for overcharge. Is that beauty a drop of 8.3 ?
According to the spreadsheet yes. I have only a T3 UM devastator who specialize in bolt weapons though. So not going to grind for that shiny plasma until I've got the master of relics. Ps: I can see that you're enjoying the weekend quite much.
GLORIOUS DAY Not much to do, outside it's 38 C today. I'll see...I'm not the luckiest person in the world apparently so I'll probably just attack Act 2 Heroic with my squad. BTW I checked the cannon in the codex. Can't see how much damage it dies but I'm not sure even my level 20 devastator could survive with that low accuracy. But it could do wonders with the deadeye skill and 6 AP charge.
Yes it drops from 8.3. I use 2 UM Dev's (Tier 3 and Tier 2) both using this Plasma Cannon. I haven't found a better way of killing larger Tyranids that suits my play style! I would love to pull the tier 4 power fist, Xenos Crusher, next so my Honor Guard can get more stuck in with the big'uns. I think I've been disproportionately lucky with tier 4 ranged weapon pulls, including pistols. My tier 4 melee weapon pulls have been pretty abysmal, so I guess it balances out!
Anyone else still have the issue where you reach the extraction point but the game doesn't end? I currently have that and I've updated to 1.1. I've told Rodeo and they asked me to send in my save game, but I haven't heard anything back - getting really impatient as I really want to keep playing! @Rodeo: please get back to me
I certainly hope so, but I'd have thought that's a long way down any dev pipeline! #DarkAngelsTillIDie
I had the same end zone issue on a late mission in normal campaign but after moving around a few times in the area I was able to finish the mission
This seems like a good solution. Chapter specific packs so that you get what you need first for a premium.
That's interesting. I would try making sure all your other apps are closed and restart. This game seems to be a memory hog which is leading to a few different issues. I haven't had any crashes in a while.
I'm hoping that if they ever release new chapters, they'll release card packs exclusive to the new releases (using the same pricing model, no premium-only, please!) So you could either buy vanilla packs or "expansion" packs. It'd suck if had to wade through Ultras, BA, and SW, all over again just to get that shiny new Raven Guard assault marine... (I can dream)
As far as I know, any game developer doesn't condone players exploiting mechanics that don't work how they should and gladly ask players to report such unintended behaviors and to avoid taking advantage from them. I'm pretty sure that every gamer, even myself, enjoys to feel powerful in games with role playing elements, and if there are ways to quickly level up instead of a long boring grind, it's obvious that those are preferred. But I don't find any enjoyment in "skipping the line" to fully develop my squad. It may take me months to do what you acknowledge in a few hours, but I like to take my time with games since the fun I get is from playing them, not power-rushing through them to have all maxed out in a few days and one-shot anything in a single turn. I understand this is totally subjective and everyone is free to enjoy a game as he/her prefers. But sharing a broken mechanic that enables other players to unnaturally progress through the game at a much higher pace is not right, in my opinion; this bug should be pointed out to developers in a private message. That said I respect your ideas and understand that playing this 12 hours a day for weeks can become boring. You're absolutely free to do what you want to make your experience with game more enjoyable, but still I think your way is an exploit and should be fixed.
I'm already never going to have all the cards, not sure I'd be up for more pack collecting to get the chance of (not) getting some different cards
Again, not having a go at Rodeo, they're running a business and have to take care of their bottom line. But let's look at a few facts about recent bugs in the game and which were fixed: Players could exploit exp and loot at the end of levels be restarting. (ps this WAS reported to the dev by players on here). Players got stuck on enemy moving phase, had to quit out and lose all their exp. Players weren't receiving a fair shot at random cards from iap/RPs. Which of these were fixed in the latest release??!?!?! (just number 1 btw) I can't say I blame players for wanting ways to even things out and claw back some time and money. And let's be honest, this isn't the first game that people have found ways to cheat in. Heck, there's dedicated websites to cheats and walkthroughs. don't act shocked if people post what they find.
And #five lone wolf. I should probly save my packs from now on as I really would like a different T4.
Hoping I get hit by the Lone Wolf bug. The no better draws than 2 blood angels champions bug is getting kind of old
I don't disagree with this comment. It is an exploit and it should be fixed, but there are a helluva lot of people who feel that it improves their gaming experience. I've had half a dozen PMs in the last day expressing support in various ways. Partly, it's because of the cynicism born of this observation: I'll throw out for discussion the notion that good game design should reward you for playing the game within the meta. Rodeo have lost sight of this to an extent in WHQ (which rewarded travelling between towns to spawn loot you wanted, and allocating KBs to guys you wanted to level) and and DW. In the case of DW: - We have very low probability paid gambling, which according to some posters is rigged. While this may or may not be the case, the internet being the internet, when I read about it it sure gives me cause to reflect on the numerous identical marines I've drawn - And we have a ridiculously grindy XP system. I did 9.4 on Veteran last night. I took over half an hour and the XP rewarded averaged 2.5k per marine. This means that playing the game properly, for each and every level above 20 or so, I need to spend 2+ hours per level at the mercy of crit immune carnifexes spawning on your last point of AP, of impaler cannons fired from 2 screens away (and so on). I totally get that you can control for these if you're patient, inch forward and scan the level all the time. But then the game tosses in slow animations, needless camera panning and so on. I want to be pushing content, not living in constant fear that I'll be robbed of hours worth of progress and thereby forced into a play style made artificially slow by the game's visuals (Hunters 2 had zero delays on an ipad 2) - Topping it off, the XP system compounds the loot system - you are FORCED to grind accuracy in order for your loot drops to be usable, let alone powerful These are bad design choices in my opinion. I love Rodeo's games, I respect what the guys have built and I think the core systems are magnificent. I'm totally willing to forgive flaws in a $6.50 mobile game. But when you're charging AAA prices, then expect to be held to AAA standards.
I feel like I had that problem before the patch, getting the assault and tactical ones over and over?
