The rally point sounds like a good idea, that and maybe an option for the pick up helicopter to just pickup your VIPs while letting your soldiers be able to continue exploring.

Hopefully the will flesh out the game to it's potential. I love how ambitious it is, just a little flat right now.

I'm getting Smyth screen stuck post mission at the payment screen.

I had high hopes for this but it's a total disappointment. As noted a set gathering point would be great to keep hostages away from zombies but te whole thing just feels sloppy and confusing. Not at all impressed with this in its current form

Not touching this again until a future update makes this playable.

    1/5 for me.

Curious if the developers are still working on this and what they are planning on adding in the near future?

Nice Game. Really something different from all the Zombie games. The update made things a bit better.
But.. What i would like to be better is the responsiveness of the touch input. Also one major problem that i now noticed... I am at day 27. Most countrys are infected. I start a mission in italy.. and after completing it italy is still infected. Same problem with most other missions. So how can i cure them? There is no progress. Also iCloud support would be great.

I understand there is no cure, the game is endless. You are minimizing damage and rescuing survivors as possible. As a video game not having an end goal is atypical, but as a zombie survival sim it makes sense (you can't shoot down a global pandemic). It's possible future updates may change this.

While you wait for the upcoming content update, here's a first glimpse of the additional R&D labs feature in the supply store.

Chomping at the bit, but I'd like to see if the issues are ironed out. I would also much prefer TBS to RTS, but I know I'm in the minority.

I totally agree with Greyskull. Prefer TBS over RTS!

As much as I love turn based strategy games War of the Zombie wouldn't be the same without the real time action, that has a light arcade feel to it. The levels are nicely populated with buildings and randomized zombies so it plays very well as it is and is not short on the strategy component.

The upcoming research material looks very promising, thanks to Bronxsta for the update.

It's too bad this game can't be adapted to the iPod 4G, I would really like to play this game on my older device.

    updated

Pretty good update for this game today, I haven't had any of the old crashes that plagued me before. Seems to be a bit more depth in the gameplay as well, for anyone thats interested. Hope the Devs keep at it.

Xcom base management with a real time strategy combat element. Initially base management was shallower but this update should enhance things.
