I'm really enjoying this game. When choosing between going back to the base camp or continue completing my objectives, I chose the former out of curiosity. Thankfully, I'm able to go back out again...

Good immersive adventure and great artwork and animation. The research put into establishing the ecology and botany of the entire planet is impressively mind-boggling.

    Thank you for making it.
I loved everything, but in particular I loved

how you interact with sentient life forms

That was brilliant (among many brilliant things).
Can't wait for your next project!

    What does the sentient want?

    Fantastic game, love it.

I am being asked to work out what the sentient wants, but I have no idea and don't understand the clue. Would be grateful for any advice.

    Are you
in Bridge? If so, the sentient wants you to stand somewhere. If your'e in the Power Station, it wants a seed of a certain type.

Hello everybody, I'm a new member, after 20 hours playing this captivating game, I need some help on one point: In the broken reservoir room, once the hole has been fixed, I don't find the way the get the higher Biomass level... There's is 7 grass spots, I used 7 Prax Zoa wich have the higher biomass level to optain 280 Biomass. The 5 stars high level is 300.... There's no Cycots or Phyta to feed, so I really don't see how to get the 20 missing biomass point....

If someone could help me it would be so kind.

Many thanks and I apologize for my poor english, I'm a foreigner.

    Have a nice day!

I just did that room last night :)

Forgive the improper use of terminology, but you need to
use the red seed to kill the plant with the lowest biomass and then just plant more of the higher biomass zoa. After rereading your post though are you in the actual broken reservoir room? I dont remember there being 7 acidic spots there... so maybe this advise is wrong lol if so, sorry!

Thanks a lot for your answer!
Yes I'm in the broken Reservoir, I checked, there's 7 spots.
And yes I have done exactly the same as you, and the total with 7 Prax Zoa is 280, higher biomass level is 300...there's no life form so I don't really know what to do to get the last 20

I have yet to pick up Waking Mars (though I certainly will soon, when I've the time to actually play it :) ), so I must ask: is the game 20+ hours long? Though I can't quite remember why, I was under the impression it lasted for perhaps 5-7 hours.

(Oh, and yer english is actually just fine, and much like that of most native posters ;) )

    I can give my experience.
To finish the game seeing the first ending it took me about 7 hours.
To see the 'special one' (you really want to see it, belive me) it took me 5 more hours (total about 12 hours)...and it's a game in the game because you really have to think to get there (much more than the first part where exploration is the core of the gameplay).

    Loved every second of it.

Can anyone give me a clue or tell me what the last bit of reasearch is for the Cephad Zoa? It's the only thing I need to get all game center achievements.

I'd have bought it at 5 hours.12, well, all the better! Also, a second ending that actually requires more thought and planning (if I understand you correctly), instead of just different choices, sounds like a really great mechanism.

    Thankses.

Fantastic game. I've unfortunately got stuck and was looking for a little help:

    1. Like a previous poster, I'm unable to get biomass level 5 on Broken Reservoir because there are only 7 patches of fertile ground and no cycots or phyta. Any ideas?
    2. I can't find any more clues to sentient life. A previous poster mentioned the level at the gates, but I can't find it despite exploring apparently everywhere. Edit: found it eventually!

    Thanks,

    Niknakk

    Need a little help!

This is a fantastic game. In fact, I finally joined the forum because I am so desperate to know what happens next, but i think I have screwed my self. I have to find a Cephad Zoa seed that is Acidic - I think I might have made them go extinct! But, well, not to spoil anything, but I need one now. Any tips? The only place I remember seeing them was in Enrichment.

    Thanks!

Im afraid this isnt help, but a question of my own. There is one area where I accidentally killed the two or so Phyta in the area, and I think I was supposed to feed them and start a chain reaction to explode their population, now there are none in the area.. did I screw myself?

Alkaline Cephad Zoa spores can be turned acidic
    through contact with acid.

I happened to just find one floating around the Chamber of Echoes (that had no other life, suspicious if you ask me!)

    Really amazing game. Fantastic story.
