Wake the Dreamer will be a simulation based game surrounding reality and dreams while exploring the mechanics of a 2D action side scroller using pixel art.

In Wake the Dreamer, the player creates a character that represents a two dimension being that lives within the players phone. Using their phones, players will be able to help, inhibit and interact with their character in order to further the storyline. Its an open ended game with two explorable worlds; Reality and the dream world. In these worlds players can purchase weapons, upgrade their characters apartment, make choices, find work or develop a romance with one of several characters.
