Hello everyone. I wonder if those VPN apps are safe to use? I’m usually so scared to be asked to accept my data access and stuff. If it is safe, what app would you recommend to use? Thank you.
Safe to use? Yes, though depending on where you live, your upload and download speeds may take a small hit. Also, some services don’t play all that well with VPN. Which one? It’s been a while since I’ve used a commercial VPN, so I can’t speak from experience. But ExpressVPN is the one that most often gets top rating, at least as far as I can tell. NordVPN is also seems like a good option.
I did NordVPN for close to a month and can attest that it's really, really reliable. Even though I initially did a 2 year plan, I found out I didn't need it to get in touch with the folks and there's truly a no-questions-asked refund policy if you cancel before 30 days. Good stuff.
