Thank you for your kind consideration and i am glad to have the code as well because this game suit my preference. I enjoyed this much
I got a code for the full but cannot make a review, so I did it on the lite version. Here's my honest review on the US AppStore as iPawn4. "This is a good strategy game but not the best. The graphics is a O.K. Simple controls. Simple gameplay. I suggest that you play the lite version first before buying the paid version to see if you'll like it. I personally didn't."

Rules to determine the winner Here are the rules to determine the winner. 1.The last 5 digits of the $25 Gift Card will be taken for calculation 2.These five digits will be summed up. As the digits are alphanumeric, this will be a special sum-up 3.If the digit is not a number, a letter, the value of the letter will be taken. For example A=10, C=11, D=12 and so on 4.The resultant sum-up will be counted circularly throughout the list and the winner will be determined. 5.After the winner redeems the card, I'll publish the card image in this thread.
Reviewed the paid iPhone version of the game as Feywood in the NZ app store. "In Volcano Island, you are responsible for rescuing a number of people from an island that is slowly sinking. In order to do this, you must move them all across a hex-based board to waiting ships, but it isn't quite that easy, as in each turn you have a limited number of moves, at the end of which (sharks, octopuses) move one hex; the island also shrinks by another hex at this time, starting with the beach tiles, then moving inland. Adding to the trouble, some of the inhabitants are not able to swim, so cannot be left in a water hex without somebody who can; additionally, if the tile on which they are standing sinks at the end of a turn, they will drown if a swimmer is not also present. Over time other elements appear, from rowboats that can carry two people and protect them from sharks, but not octopuses, to to helicopters that can fly inland and carry four people away. The different island maps also present their own challenges in terms of character movement and the way they decay. A large part of the gameplay revolves around knowing where to put people (as you can have a maximum of two per hex), who to keep together, and making sure you don't leave people in (potentially) dangerous spaces, as the tolerance for allowable deaths drops as you progress through the levels. Overall, the game plays like a solid single-player boardgame, and is fun for short sessions. The graphics are more functional than flashy, and the music is inoffensive if not particularly memorable, but the gameplay mechanics are sound, and that's what counts."
I got the code, but I couldn't review it. So, as with others, I reviewed Volcano Island HD Lite on the US AppStore as bemsixtynine. My review: A turn-based strategy of survival Volcano Island HD lite is a turn-based strategy game where you need to guide the people off the island with an imminent volcano eruption. Judging from other reviews, this game is based on a board game, but I'll just review it based on my experience. Personally, I have no idea about Escape from Atlantis, which is the boardgame it is loosely based on, so this is a unique game to me. VI is not a game you can just play without learning the mechanics. I was about to give up but upon reading the help section and really understanding the gameplay, I managed to understand what the game is all about. You have a number of moves each turn, to guide the people to the ship. The obstacles that will kill the people include octopuses, sharks and sinking part of the islands, which is a hexagonal part. You have to manage your movement well in order to not sacrifice any lives of the people, which I haven't actually managed to do yet Its not twitch gaming, so you need to think about your next move wisely, in order to save as many people you can. The graphics look great, though I wish it didn't have a black border. It seems that it was design for the iPhone. To the devs, please use all of the iPad's 1024x768 pixels in your next update. The hi-score system is a bit weird, that you can't see your previous attempts' scores; it just overlaps your scores to accomodate your current top score. As with other games now, GameCenter leaderboard and achievements will benefit the game a lot, and will definitely add an incentive to really take time to play the game. Besides that, I have a hard time trying to keep my attention by playing this game. Additional modes or storyline would be awesome too. Overall, the game is a unique experience, but it needs a lot more polish to get more mileage out of this game concept. Try it out, and see if its your thing.
So I thought it was for iPhone but it was for iPad. No pad so reviewed lite. My 1-star review om US store if I remember right user was OkayiPod. User mail was [email protected] anyway.
