      Is there anyway to remove this from my iPod. I have no mic and so no interest in it. But it's taking up space.

      can't remove the app, if you're jailbroken you can hide the icon

      I had no idea iPod's had the voice memo... Is it a OS 3.0 feature? Makes no sense if they don't have mic's...
