App info is currently processing and/or the app is not yet fully available for sale on the US App Store.
I hope they get the iPhone version out soon.... One thing's for certain, the relaxed App Store restrictions are a wonderful thing.
You can delete them via iTunes. I'm not sure if you can delete them directly from your device though.
So can you drag any video file in to the app on iTunes and play it if it plays in vlc on your desk top?
Hey Warro, I had trouble too. just go to file sharing and then click on the video you want removed and hit backspace to delete it. And no your are not dumb it took me forever trying to figure it out. I must have slid my finger all over trying to get it to delete in VLC. hope this helps
Well you don't actually import videos in iTunes, you use File Sharing in iTunes to select videos on your computer to put into the app itself.
That's what meant so I don't need to convert my video's to mp4? And also is their a file size limit that you can install that know of?
Nope, no conversion needed. And I'm not sure if there is a file size limit, but I successfully imported a 750mb video.
Great news, anyway!! though......Damn, no mkv support!!! so I still have to use the ifunia ipad converter to do converting, sign
Thanks. Direct wifi file transfer like other apps do would be great. i tend to use itunes the minimun possible. Now this app will shut up some apple haters complaining about video formats
Well OPlayer was already able to play xvids and whatnot, though this is free I'm currently using OPlayer on my my iPad and it's pretty good. Yep. Apparently at least.
I agree. I was surprised that there was no option to stream videos OTA. Would be quite useful since I only have a 16gb iPad though there is OPlayer HD, which plays avi/mkv/wmv etc (like VLC) but i believe it also has an option to stream videos from your computer.
Where do I find "File Sharing" in iTunes? I clicked on the app tab and still do not see "File Sharing" anywhere. Thanks, Howard
Scroll down a bit, there should be a section for File Sharing. Click on VLC Media Player, then click 'Add' and you should be able to add video files.
