The 3D Stereoscopic version is intentionally reduced to greyscale to give the most solid 3d image - less eyestrain than colour since you get the same intensities in both eyes. Of course the game is still playable in full colour and plays (not surprisingly) at a higher framerate to the stereoscopic version which has to render the view twice.
Wow, one of the first mature and hight quallity games of the App Store. And I love 3D stuff. Cannot wait to play this. Always loved this game.
This may look fairly generic at a glance, but it is VERY fun! Basically is Star Fox space missions, minus team mates and cutesy characters. I have not tried the stereoscopic 3D, but I played 4 levels and enjoyed. Highly recommend playing on insane difficulty as normal is too easy for some.
