Veggie Samurai from QuantumSquid

The best thing to do if you are upset about the plagiarism is to stop talking about it. More posts makes more people look at the thread and can give QuantumSquid more potential customers. I probably shouldn't be talking though, as I'm really excited for the game myself.

 

Thing is, it's so polished and gives long requested features (such as multi slicing of items) that people will either be duped into thinking it's a sequel or pretend it is.



Eh, growing up we accepted SNK's ripoffs of Street Fighter, I think folks today can handle two apps where you chop up food.

This is probably how they are going to fund that WOW inspired RPG.

 

But I can't have 2 food slicing apps on my iPod!

 

Looks like a complete clone of fruit ninja. They even copied the font. xD

The only thing I found different was that you could slice the same vegetable more than once. :0

 

That actually makes sense, I hope they say something about it, even if it's "It was all a lie, sorry, not making it." At least I wouldn't be losing sleep over it, haha

I get it's a copy cat, but NONE of the fonts were copied...

 

The fonts weren't copied, they just look similar

 

I dunno, the dev of Fruit Ninja says the Veggie font was the exact same as their Ninja font.

 

Meh, dont believe those jealous liers. This font actually does look like a samurai type english font compared to the fruit ninja font. And besides, who can trust people who hate fruit?

 

For the record I love fruit! The fonts look similar, but not the same... your welcome!

Be interesting how this sells. Fruit ninja was a good original idea and has sold well. Doodle jump has had many clones but still managed to stay on top.

How do we who came up with the idea first?
Maybe this was Fruit Samurai and they decided to change it to Veggie when Fruit Ninja came out before theirs? Just a thought...

 

It could be but it's highly unlikely, I always love competition though

 

I hope that comes out faster than this, are there beta testers for this game already?
