Just tried Hyperchase on iCade and if you hit left or right you just crash. I've tried messing with sensitivity but this happens every time. Anyone else getting this issue?
iPad 1st Gen oh man, please get this working on my iPad 1st Gen, it is too small on my iphone 4, but at leaste it works on that.
On the App Store description it does include the itouch 4g I tried a reset, closing down any running apps and I also tried a few hardwire restarts and the game still crashes after a few seconds of the loading page Looks like a no go for me
I am not using icade, but i ran into the same thing with the on screen controls for that game, it is very hard to control. Slight movement to left or right sends you crashing into the wall. I experimented with moving the joystick less which helped, but it is very difficult.
I'm loving, just from the screenshots, how they've worked the leaderboards as if just handwritten stuff on a chalkboard in your room.
Exactly. Way to lose a bunch of customers. They didn't even mention fixing it, so I'm going to assume it was done on purpose. Nice.
Well you cant blame them, they might not have a jailbroken device so cant test it on one. They cant say anything to Apple about 'how do we get this working on a jailbroken device'. When you jailbreak you take your chances as other games dont work on jailbroken devices. Cant blame the dev
Just for your info, that is how the original game was. The joystick movement had to be very slight not to crash.
Im loving the interface, I never knew about the Vectrex as I was too young so its cool to see the console and the game boxes. I think ill buy it because I want to support efforts like this but im having a hard time with the controls on Minestorm, how does the other game in the collection play?
Try for 3omins, this kinda game is not for me. The games are so boring and some of u find it entertaining. That's what I call generation gap, haha! Anyway gd luck n all the best.
Fair enough, well done for trying it. But remember in 30 years when you're excited as an old x-box 360 game you loved as a kid is available on your 'iphone 30', imagine some kid on a forum then saying 'that game looks boring.....'
I have been waiting for this but it crashes after the first screen. iPod Touch 8GB 4G with iOS 6.0.1 I quit apps and restarted.
Yeah this always completely amazes me, to me stuff like this should be able to run on an iPhone 1G or something. But what do I know about developing games. (on the opposite side you have that guy trying to port newer games to the commodore, anyone read that article?)

No apps simply do not work on a jail broken device. They put a block on it because they assume that someone is going to hack it. Whatever, this thing looks lame anyway.
