Just been watching that video. Looks very impressive Price isnt an issue, but filesize is ! Does anyone know how big the game is once all 6 episodes are downloaded ?
Hmm, I am a little bit confused. In the german App Store are two in-apps listet, same name, different price (5,99 & 7,99). Does anybody know something about it?
There was someone saying there is a special sale prize too. And I checked it myself. Not sure why there isn't one in US.
So... In total, it's $14 for the whole game? $5 for the base game, 9 for the extra episodes? That's fairly pricy. Basically the same price as console versions.
agreed. I think it was £8 all in for me (maybe £9). It's worth the price to me as I don't game on any other platform (maybe a little vita here and there).
Bought the first chapter and after one hour I bought immediately the whole game. Touching and fantastic interactive story so far, with a killer audio-visual presentation. The music is awesome, all dialogues are fully localized too (and very well too).
Thats what i wanted to hear ! All this moaning about a few dollars more etc than other games. Bought and downloading now...
I'm loving it so far. My iPad feels like a window on another time. The sounds, in particular, are fantastic. I have no clue how long it will be or how interactive it will be, but I'm sold already. I know I'll cry too
I can't understand why 15 dolars is expansive on mobiles while it is cheap on any other platform. That's the 99c culture, I suppose...
Exactly ! If we get games like this we'll get more premier type of games, if people want freemium then keep avoiding the bigger 'expensive' titles like this. Just downloaded and started playing, very polished and so far so good.
Not to mention these kind of games is imho MUCH better on iPad than on TV or PC...but maybe it's just me.
This article pretty much sums up the situation, and I encourage you to read it: BECAUSE YOURE WORTHLESS: THE DARK SIDE OF INDIE PR Ok so I just read this article and I have to say I was FLOORED by the revelations I just read about. I absolutely loved the way it was written and the way it is portrayed. I never really thought about it like that from a dev point of view (probably because I'm not a dev) but it gives me a new perspective. Thanks for sharing that sauce!
