I don't think so. This game is simple and accessible unlike MOBAS for me. League and DOTA are extremely complex with a ton of more variables involved. To only way to ease yourself into MOBAS is to play the game and used to all the verbal abuse you'll get which is something I'm not willing to do.
Send an email to [email protected] requesting a server transfer. I got mine just now. They're amazingly fast; I got my transfer in less than five hours. I wasn't expecting a reply for at least twenty-four hours, so this is pretty impressive.
Answer to someone else first is yes everything is saved by your login so will work on any device if you have created an account. You do earn valour pretty slowly for the high price heroes but it can be done still and I have emailed them and given them my thoughts on it, also only 1 hero actually costs 8k. The price of the hero doesn't have a great deal of bearing on how good they are as koshka is cheap and amazing, Catherine if played right is also very tough and also Glaive is great. I haven't tried everyone a lot yet so can't comment on all. But the weekly free to play heroes do change Krul has been there 2 weeks now and is very tough and my favourite but Koshka is actually gaining there as she's very fast and stops people running away, but Krul can solo the kraken.the prices of heroes dropped just before launch too with all the ones that cost 800 which is easy to obtain those and then having the free to play ones gives you plenty of choice. IAP here I think is very fair as it's completely unecassary it is free to play and the only reason to play taka the 8k hero over koshka or glaive ect is for a different play style and abilities, you can be great with anyone. I actually purchased an Iap just to support the devs as I'd love to see more content in the future which they have said is planned with heroes and more things to spend valour on.
Actually, the installed size on my iPad is 575mb. The installed size on my iPhone is 591mb. So the iPhone version is actually bigger. That definitely isn't the reason.
Super Evil Megadevs, is there any chance we will see some Glory rewards (no matter how small) from bot games? There are many, many times when it is not suitable for me to go online and play with others, and knowing I'll make some small headway in unlocking heroes even against bots goes a long way towards allowing me to keep up with more active pals, and to create a sense of progression for someone who primarily plays solo (but who does enjoy multiplayer on the few occasions where there is time). (This was actually how I played LoL, and the solo mode did a lot for my enjoyment of the few multiplayer matches I participated in.)
Has anyone played this for a long period of time yet? I think I played it for 3-4 hours last night straight (it's that addictive) and just heads up but I have a sudden fatigue in both my arms now 6 hours later. This is a great game, but sadly I'm gonna have to play this less frequently if I don't wanna injure myself. This got me to at least try LoL again last night but there's so much mechanics involved there that I wasn't very welcomed in the chat and then the game crashed right at the character select screen. I'm glad the devs of this game got it right, everything feels so seamless here.
even if there is bot matches you would still be required to play a full match just like in multiplayer. And if you quit early in mobas that do have them then you wouldn't get any points.
please add me aconfusedkender!!! I'm looking for some great people to play with. Being a LoL player since late beta many many moons ago I am liking this came. Last 2 games with 21/3/11 and 19/4/14 with Petal. thanks
Sure I just went 33/0/0 my 2 guys quit shortly after the start and I 1v3'd them haha sadness for them. I actually released the Kraken all by myself lol. I start shoes and 2 pots. Then I get first part of recommended item. After that I buy health, second part boots, then finish recommended. After that finish boots and finish health item that gives you a shield. Then go straight Crystal Power which I think will be the recommended items. Gameplay: Stay back and let your little guys do all the work while you poke them down. I really think she will get nerfed or should. If not then I'll keep up the festival I'm having. Stay back and remember poke poke poke hope that helped
that sounds pretty .. erm.. fictional .. just played about 200 matches and i didnt see any petal who 1 vs 3 win! this is ridiculous!
This is from their website: Also I believe any IAP you buy is synced to your account on their servers, so if you do switch between devices then everything should transfer back and forth. Re: two threads, I deleted the iPhone version thread, I think it just makes sense to contain everything for this game into one thread. If you see someone making a new thread for either version of the game just report it and a mod will handle it.
I'm sorry if it sounds crazy. I have a screen shot. I didn't say they were top players lol. Got kited like a boss.
Is there any way to arrange the interface? I find Fates Forever to have a way better layout with ability locations and would like to emulate that but can't seem to find any options. I've only played a bit, but so far it seems to contain slower paced movement and combat compared to Fates Forever, but brings far more interesting non-pvp aspects to the map. It seems like Fates Forever had a more accessible interface with clearer buttons, but it may simply be that I was used to them and that Vainglory's setup will grow on me.
Nah don't bother, I believe you. My and my team had a hell of a time taking one down yesterday and it felt like she had super armor on. If you know what you're doing and the others don't and keep dying then it makes sense. do you last hit well to build her up?
Well I do my best to always last hit no matter who I'm playing. She get a health regen from her seeds so she's really quite OP in my opinion
A few questions here Is there anything permanently unlockable? Is it the same map/skin every time? And if so, are they going to change it? I'm really liking the gameplay and it's a lot of fun, but there doesn't seem to be a feeling of progress or achievement. It seems like these would be easy things to add, unless they are already there and I am missing them? Like I said, I like the game, but doing the same thing over and over on the same map without any reward other than wins and losses may get stale. It would be good if when you bought a character, you could keep that character. Maybe buy new outfits (since skills/levels/items are in match only, which is fine). Maybe a cool hub house for your characters that you could decorate with trophies and stuff like that. Maybe a weapon slot for each that could have some crafting with bought items, but remain within the one slot, and balanced of course. And different skins and variations of each character's weapons...again staying balanced.
