Released update (ver 1.0.2) right now. Now I have time to improve. Many people say "I didn't understand anything" so, first, I want to know what you want to know. At least, a simple game instruction is available: SETTING MENU(COG ICON)>GAME INSTRUCTION(circled i)
Only the Japanese can confound me to a state of delerium, yet simultaneously make me completely fall in love with their artistic vision. The confounding is represented here in spades with haphazard upgrade menus and a general sense of not knowing if you’re coming or going. Power-ups resemble projectiles and vice versa, you’re never quite sure if you just died, the controls are a little iffy because you can tap the screen with a second finger to make the shooting go faster, which somewhat messes with the movement of the ship. On the other side of the coin is a vibrant little shooter with a lot of heart and some cool visuals. The game is Freemium obviously, but things are so scatterbrained that it’s easy to glaze over the monetization (which could be intentional). The overall confusion and the Freemium (which is far from a worst case scenario) will ultimately lead to a deletion, but this is worth a look for sure beyond those criticisms, even if it’s just to get a taste of the authenticity that lies beneath, or to hear an announcer who sounds like Corky from Life Goes On.
update: released 1.2.4 for iOS -Improved : Battle instructions -New : descriptions for perks -New : DPS UI -New : Music volume slider
Thank you! This update is mostly for fixing bugs. Next update, I would add some contents like enemies and weapons.
Very cool. It's awesome you stuck with it and didn't bounce around to 100 other projects. How has the game been doing? I ran into a buddy the other day and noticed he had it on his phone. Have the downloads been good? Cheers, DAve
Hi DaveMApplegate Currently in terms of sales, doing not good! And downloads are much worse than I hoped. Probably I should make this app much easier to understand. Simpler controls, simpler UIs? Not sure.
