Hi we are looking into scanning a user's device (3GS, 4, 4S) etc and display it as part of a character's default profile. So a 3GS user will show a 3GS in his character's inventory, complete with 3GS picture and can eventually upgrade the phone to something more powerful as a virtual item in-game. Possible via an in-game store like Apple Store or Android Store. Is this legal? Obviously if licensing is an issue we will have to scrap this idea completely, or come up with completely different names (eyephone 3GS?). Thanks!
If nothing else, u are def running a risk of Apple rejecting your app/game when sent for approval. Happened to a buddy of mine...
