Wow... so many people applied for this... Any idea on how many spots they have? I'm really hoping to go for this one since I really like Hybrid and this sounds really close to it. The more the better, right?
Not really. It's more of a sneak preview, if you will. I got in last time, and I'm pretty sure I'll get in this time too. Yeah, they do want you testing for bugs and filling out the requirements, but they don't want TOO many people leaking stuff before they actually want to. Won't say any more, since this actually may be part of their protocol, but you catch my drift, right?
Yeah, I know what you're saying. Big companies can afford to pull it off, and IMO it brings in sales. The more mystery surrounding a game like this the more people pay attention the more buy it in the end. It's happened with me before. But yeah, I love RPG's so I'm dying to get a spot.
Yeah, I know tons of stuff about companies' marketing procedure, especially big ones like Gameloft, EA, and Com2uS. It's a great practice though, and almost 100% of the time it ends in success. Ah, hell, since you sound like a cool guy I'll see if you can get in. Wish you the best of luck!
