      If this is out in NZ, why did they lock the release thread? They usually leave those open.

      Because it was pulled from the NZ store. My guess is that Com2Us didn't intend for the game to release immediately after it was accepted.

      No I talked to Com2uS and they apparently wanted to fix something before releasing the game. As for the giftcards...I didn't get one yet either.
