I wouldn't be so sure about that. On consoles Sonic Transformed is more varied and has a better sense of speed. F1 Racer, on iOS, has a really intrusive buisness model with shortcuts that you need to pay to access. (With in game gold that you can pay for). It's also much more limited in terms of content and asks you to pay to get more tracks.
Technically something could come out if the dev set up a release date prior to the freeze. There's been a few sales and new releases (although nothing major) since the freeze.
I know there were rumors that Transformed would be out by the end of the month. Well, just a few more days... So I'm wondering if the actual announced "Winter" release means we'll be waiting a bit longer.
Sorry, no, I was talking about Sonic All-Stars Racing Transformed, which could be the best kart racer on iOS based on what I've heard about the other versions.

Hot Wheels World's Best Driver (Chillingo) should be out on Thursday too. The console versions got terrible reviews but this for IOS. We'll see... Totally pumped for Joe Danger Infinity and Simian.Interface this week. Excited for Mega Jump 2 and Shadow Blade next week!
