The release date of Mysterious Cities of Gold: Secret Paths on IOS is moved to 27th November, according to their Kickstarter update.
Well I said "I think" and that was because they started a big social media campaign about the sequel. Seeing that chillingo usually follows the normal pattern of NZ releases, it's safe to say that I was wrong. Cut the Rope 2 should be out in the coming weeks though.
Was actually looking forward to Cut the Rope, but forgot we had word of it coming out this week. Well, at least now there's one more thing to look forward to next week.
Papa Pear Saga, which strikingly resembles Peggle, has been given a 9/10 over at Pocket Gamer. However it seems to be out only in the Europe and Canada. I hope it comes out in the US soon! Icycle Is a definite this week, and Cut the Rope 2 very soon. Hopefully there will be other pick up and play surprises before 2014!

This week seems like a quiet release week, probably due to Thanksgiving/ Black Friday sale, which is going to have a significant impact on the sales of the new releases. Good news for Gamebook fans: Gary Chalk's Gun Dogs (by Tin Man Games) is releasing tomorrow night. You can get it for $3.99.
So seeing some NZ threads, I guess tonight is "big game night" for releases instead of tomorrow due to Thanksgiving?
