The difference between Madden and Asphalt is Asphalt is actually improving on their sequel. I could go on a Madden rant but we'll leave it at that. A7 sucked. A8 is the best racer on iOS Buy it.
It is a multiplayer (two) only game though, no single player. If you have someone to play with, you should definitely get it.
Really? Up until now I considered it the best arcade racer on iOS. Of course, A8 will kick it's ass. Looks like a lot of devs may have steered clear of this week because of it. Yeah, there's Smash Bandits, which I'm not terribly excited about after hearing about the dreaded timers, but I've only seen a few smaller games pop up from NZ thus far.
I wouldn't lose to much sleep over football seasons. Just played it. It's clunky, and just a mash up of numbers or stats. Pretty much my opinion.
Yeah, a Big Storm of Sales is coming, so a lot of dev probably wait for next week's Thursday. Hopefully these sales would be useful for smaller dev to rack up more sales and make their games up that in the Top 200 chart and recognise by the public.

I'll be curious if we do get the big sales this weekend. It was kind of odd, but EA and Gameloft, from what I remember, didn't do much for the last U.S. holiday, the 4th of July. And they used to seem to take any holiday as an opportunity to have a massive sale.
