Well I wasn't paying attention and Com2uS wrote to me before the official announcement was made...by the way they are monitoring this thread as we speak. Also not stated on the twitter feed is that the game will be launched on the 15th from New Zealand first. Oh and for monsters Jtown they respawn pretty quickly so that will not be a problem.
If it says "when it turns the 15th in your country..." it did indeed say it was coming to NZ first, as NZ is the first region on that side of the International Date Line. Why do you think everything shows up there first as a rule?
Since the game is free, if you make a NZ account, if I am reading right, you should be able to dl tomorrow afternoon.
yip, i just asked com2us on twitter too. the release date is set with apple at 15-04-10 at MIDNIGHT world wide and when your timezone turns to 00.00 15-04-10 so that means NZ will get it 1st. it is the 14-04-10 in NZ and time is 3PM so that means about 9 more hours and then i can play this!!! yay!! the early timezone is like about the only NZ is good for .... LOL
can't wait, been watching this puppy since the first announcement. lookin forward to maging it up real soon!
it is 3.21PM 14th April in NZ. so at around 00.00 AM (midnight) 15th April IMO will be out in NZ right???
Ok guys how about thi question. Are the characters we make saved on the servers like PL? If we dl from the NZ store make a character, then once the American version comes can we delete redownload and our Chars would still be there?
Yes. All is true with a 99% chance of certainty. Also, when making your first character, whatever faction you choose it goes the same for the other characters on that same account. So if you're planning to go on the other side, you have to make a new account.
After the game is relased, Com2uS will start another contest - screenshot contest. No more details yet but I am willing to participate.
