Hey, you said there weren't any auction house. I actually think there are look at first post and at Trade it says "Buy & Sell at Black Market Merchant" So I am 99% sure it's auction house.
There is a market where players can sell their items to other players but you can't put a starting price for an item and let players bet for it 'till the time comes to an end. 'Cuase that is an auction house.

Is this similar to pocket legends? I do not like pocket legends because it is boring and there is no purpose to the game although I do think it is A good start. Is this game going to be any different?
yep itll be a very different game this is a free roam MMO game. your not restricted to levels like pocket legends, you have a whole world in this game and everyone plays in the same world (but through a few different servers) so you could have for example: hundreds of people in the same area as you
