does this game have servers, or just one big map with different areas? or are they going to start with one then when ts gets crowded add more? and is there a pvp area, cause that would be so much cooler if there was!
Yes it has servers. On the beta it only had one but maybe on realease there are gonna be more. There is a PvP area called Battlefield where it's an all out war against the other faction. Then you have PvP enabled maps, in which you might be fighting off another monster and get attacked by someone else, so you gotta be careful in those zones. There are also several NPC's from each faction stationed in small places in those dangerous maps, so if you are not 1 hit killed you can run to them to get help or scare off the attacker. He might still wander around though.
You get honor points. I don't think you get anything else. Also if you are killed by another player you suffer no exp penalty, except for the common death penalties and you loose all your honor points.
i think, for killing another player (since its way harder then killing an enemy) you should get different points that you can spend to get special items
This should defonately take the following price route: Free, but you can only get to level 3 (or something low) Then, it's £x for the full game which includes all features If it took the one-off payment route, some people may be dissapointed, not find it their thing, or just generally put off. However, if people take the bait (when it's free) people may just get hooked and download the full thing. I'm not sure whether I would download the game without a lite version, as (without being rude) Com2us games aren't that cheap. I guess i'll just have to wait and see what happens...
Yes, Com2Us took the time to make the game, beta test it, pay the beta testers, submit it, and then cancelled it.
the game is really fun when grind monsters with party ... from lvl5, it takes REALLY LONG time to level up. lol I was wondering about the release date too... I was gonna buy this game with the itune Gift Card they gave me (for testing) and I couldn't resist buying the games that came out recently lol.... I probably have to stop by Wal-mart and buy some Gift Cards now lol...
