I personally thought they felt fine, and I successfully ran away from a few Bulldozers (one of the fastest enemies in the game) using them. I think they are actually fine.
Okay, good I just watched a gameplay video and I was wondering if you could verify a few things, please? 1) when you tap a monster to lock on, do you automatically attack it? 2) do monsters randomly attack you when you're in the same map? 3) in the video there was a grey, thin bar going across the middle of the screen. Do you know what it is or what meaning it has? 4) how do you set your strength and other thingy-points at the beginning? Is it random and if so can you select different random stats? Thanks in advance
1) No, you target it. To attack it you just target it and attack. 2) Depends if the monster is aggressive or not. Some are and will attack you when they see you and some others aren't and will just walk around. 3) I do not recall this. Maybe the user's iphone had something wierd going on? (Link to the video would help identify that ) 4) At the beggining you are prompted to distribute your skill points (10 of them) freely. Depending on your class some of your stats will be higher than others. For example Warrior will have 10 strength and 6 dexterity while ranger will have say 8 dexteriy and 8 strength (just an example, i don't recall the exact values).
Great! Thanks for the YouTube video I simply searched 'IMO mmorpg' into YouTube. It's the 5min video. Refering to question 1, when you say target it then attack does that mean I could click a monster on the other side of the screen and just press the attack button or do I have to be near it?
Search 'IMO mmorpg' on YouTube and there's a bad video review there. 5 minutes of "erm there's guilds, and errr guilds and *tut* there's guilds and stuff". That's the only thing I found...
Also if any beta testers could answer: do you earn skill points when you level up, or do you just get them when you start the game?
I c what ur talking about... It just says "Welcome to IMO" Near it unless you're an archer or mage...
You can get skill points from leveling up and from getting items. The item system is actually pretty cool, especially if you buy things from traders. Other players put their items up for sale from traders and when you buy them that player gets a portion of the sale.
I reccomend muting it Also, nice that you have a dying penalty, but also nice that it doesnt last that long. When does this come out? I need this ò.ó
