I've been privileged to receive a beta version of the game and here's the report:

This game is FANTASTIC!!! !!! !!!

I'm not sure if the graphics are retina (kinda sleepy today) but they look crystal clear with no jagged lines and the color bursts with vibrancy. The 3D background looks amazing. It's sensational to watch the perspective change as you fly across some floating iceberg or drilling rig.
Graphically, this game would rival (even surpass) a CAVE game.

On the contrary, CAVE games tend to have a gazillion particle effects, explosions and other animations going on screen which this game does not. Henceforth, the game can be said to be less graphically 'busy' compared to CAVE games.

Gameplay wise, there's nothing much to complain about.

Default relative touch is smooth and responsive. This game controls no differently from any CAVE bullet hell.
Another rather innovative control feature is the lifting finger pause, which slows the gameplay down and brings up a menu enabling on-the-fly changes to the ship's weaponry or other functions (that I do not fully understand). This is shown in the last picture from the first post (with a warning sign). From left to right, is a focus laser, spread shot projectile and finally, homing missiles. EMP is da bomb and the plus button sends you two flying bits/wingman for additional fire support (multiple sets can be deployed ).

This game use a shields as the life system. Your ship has a bar of shield which absorbs damage. Energy capsules are consumed to refill depleted shields. Run out of capsules and shields whilst getting hit means gameover.

The same energy capsules are used to activate EMP and call on wingman support. Once you acquire 2 sets of wingman, you can use an additional capsule to 'overcharge' your weapons for temporary power boost.

The scoring mechanic is quite simply, satisfying and practical. GRAZE BULLETS to increase your score multiplier (up to 20 I think). Yes you can follow a bullet all the way down the screen for a long graze :D. Once you max your multiplier, any further grazing recharges the shield (at a fine rate) and can go beyond 100% shield capacity (to 150%?). Neat stuff!

I believe I have covered everything that needs to be covered. To be honest, this game is as polished and perfect as it can be. To buy the full game at 2 dollars (or 1/3 of a CAVE bullet hell special price) is almost a theft of a bullet hell title.

Thanks a lot for your review gunxsword, really happy that you enjoyed the game. I'm very impressed about what you deduce after a few minutes of playing.

About the documentation of the game, I'll try to get all information on monday to build a doc for our website.
Scoring system, ranking system, weapon damages etc.

    All the best,
