Its has a chance when you first tame it and at around 63 to turn heroic. Its only goes rare when it hits your level. If I read it right. How did you get unlock dual wielding if you haven't done any of the quest? You have to unlock that one. Also... how did you tame the dragon? I have tried so many damn taming nets and have gotten nothing on taming those.
Oh man, you can get pets in this game? I had kind of given up on KRPGs, but I'm a sucker for games with pets, especially if you can level them up and stuff.
There is some quest I did where i killed monsters in the first village area. I was talking to villagers with "?" on top of them. But regarding the main quest, I have no idea what it is. I figured out one sub quest, where i have to make the first food recipe and that's it. (i accidentally created the food and finished the sub quest lol) now I'm stuck hehe. I have a question thou, what's the best build for scouts? All STR or all DEX? I'm currently doing STR = DEX. And mind posting Scout's skill tree with english description? It'll mean a lot. Thanks.
Yes, you can hunt them, tame them, and they attack, loot for you and buffs you. My version is Korean as of the moment and I can't understand anything.
I am in the last dungeon and i have 200 + str 70 dex 70 int and 120 stam. Dex does not effect crit... only ranged attacks so its useless unless you plan on using the gun a lot. I would invest into int more because you use skills a lot at the end and your melee dmg comes mostly from str.
OUCH!! I feel like I need to repaet all over. I figured out something about runes due trial and errors. Please correct me if I'm wrong. RUNE GRADE: 20: Item Durability 19: Dodge 18: 17: Attack or Defense 16: Decrease Level Limit 15: Constitution 14: Intelligence 13: Dexterity 12: Strength 11: 10: 09: 08: Luck 07: Recovery Health 06: 05: 04: 03: 02: 01: 00: Is there a skill reset for sale? I really need a translation so badly. Hehe
They have even said that now. So it is confirmed. They have been pretty responsive and helpful so far. Its a great change of pace for a KR company.
That's awesome! I currently got bored and stopped playing only because I don't understand a thing. Can't wait for the english version. Hope the update recognizes my korean version save file.
Beta testers, How do you getto the first and second boss? What are the things needed to be done? Thanks so much.
Any announcements on an expected price? I know the official release is hours away... ...is it too late to beta test?
Wild Frontier English Update will be released in a few hours for those who bought and got Korean version. Can't wait!!! I exagerated a bit when I said "BEST RPG ON IDEVICE". My bad. But here's my review. $0.99 for a game that beats Inotia 3 all every way possible. Also, if you read korean forums, there might be a network system because they sort of have a ranking system on their site. I got a refund from buying Inotia 3 and will choose Wild Frontier over anything any time of the day. The game offers a lot of new features I've never experienced on an iphone before. I've been playing this game since Early January when it was on US iTunes for $0.99 but language was in korean so they had to remove it. Anyway, here are the best new features: A $0.99 game that beats $4.99-$9.99 game out there. Seriously, this is the real deal! Graphics is unbelievably sharp for a pixelated game. Everything moves smoothly from characters to environment to monsters etc etc, not like Inotia 3 where characters looks constipated or something. This is like playing a game on a much higher more advanced console than iDevices can offer. Weather System is great where it affects the monsters and characters. This is really new to my RPG experience. Pet System. Another Great and New Feature! "The World of Magic" announced the pet system since mid last year and has never updated ever. WF's pet system is great that you can capture ANY small monsters in the game and make them your pet. Pet doesn't only loot for you, but buffs and fights for you as well. And you can equip them with weapons and armors! Item Creation is also new where the character forge his own equipment. All you need to do is hunt for a recipe guide and the recipe and forge your new equipment wherever you can rest. There is still a lot to mention but unfortunately, my copy is in Korean language so, I can't give you all the info I wanted to share yet. Anyway, having a different language version didn't stop me from playing this game for a month now. And as an RPG addict gamer for nearly 18 years now, I'd say this $0.99 game is REALLY WORTH IT even for a $4.99-$9.99 price! Network system is possible in the future updates or maybe in WF 2 or WF 3 but who knows. It is even possible for a MMORPG an this game will seriously beat The World Of Magic and Pocket Legends anytime of the day! So grab your copy in a few hours and Play endlessly!!! ^_^ Have fun!!! My bad for being so much of a fanboy. I'll point out the negatives too. Game UI is not as comfortable as it is because the controls is too near and fixed. I remember dying for wrong buttons. Sound settings are in one on/off switch instead of Music/SfX Hunting for Heroic Pets are freaking hard unless maybe you buy the IAP item. Oh well, I was never able to hunt heroic pets yet. Only rare ones. I have never made any main quest so I have only accessed common environments so I have nothing to say about how hard or easy it is when grinding on higher level mobs. I was only able to hit level 60 grinding black dragons and I got one as a pet. When it's night time, it's hard to see monsters or maybe my brightness is set too low. Change of weather is too fast for me. I hate it. What else, hmmm, camera movements, kind of a bit draggy. Gave me a headache after hours of gameplay. Or whatever. IAP fest, never a fan of it, but you can finish the game without it anyway. Menara or Allstar games never answered any of my emails! I freaking hate them. I'm sure there is a lot more goods and bads to say. But like I'm just an individual. This is just my opinion. No haters please. ^_^
