I bet they'll ask the artist to make a logo (I would ask the artist too :D)

    Hi,
Would you be able to provide more details on your expertise? You are advertising for an unpaid position as if you are an established company but don't offer any evidence of that....

    For example:
What titles has Jimmy done the design for?
What type of Community/Business Management experience does Jessica have?
What are some websites/forums that Jason developed and administers?
What products has Ryan marketed on the internet?

    Thanks,
    Jeremy

PS. You may have more luck if you advertise your services to existing (small) development teams that need them.

As we stated in our original post, we are not registered as a company. We do uphold our professionalism although this is not a "business." We are students, are goal is to get experience in a real world situation. This is why we emphasis money as not the number one reason to join. However, If money is made participants will be paid fairly.

We want to keep the team fairly small. This is why only one programmer and one artist is needed. I am the game designer, I am currently attending a university majoring in Game Design. I am also slowly learning C. This project is not about profits, it is about experience. If experience is not what your looking for then this project is not for you.

All of us have jobs and go to school while working this project on the side. Two to four hours is what we have been putting in daily. Two hours is the min, the reason behind this is so that we stay on a steady track. Four hours is the max, the reason we state this is so that individuals agree to not go over that mark.

The applicants we like seeing are people who know what they are doing but still need to work on their skills. People that want to add to their portfolio.

If there are any more questions, ask away.

    Thanks,
    Cinemirc Studios

P.S. This is not a school project.

Then why not make the app FREE? This is about experience, isn't it?

Regarding: "Our team is small but strong in our areas of expertise."
I guess I'd like to know what you've done that makes your team strong...
    Thanks,
    Jeremy

As someone else (froggy) said, everyone now thinks experience counts. I would join for just experience but not for 2 hours a day...

Experience is recognized if you deliver a top notch title or work for a known & established company....

    (All experience counts ;))
