While the basics are obvious, clearing lines and avoiding 13+ color clusters, how are the bonuses calculated, especially the cluster and same color ones? Total Eclipse Well-Known Member Jan 10, 2011 113 0 16 Game Development Thessaloniki, Greece http://www.totaleclipsegames.com #14 Total Eclipse, Jul 21, 2017 Hi LordGek. Thank you for the question! Let's begin with the point system. The score for each removed line depends on: A. line length B. whether the line has tiles of just 1 color (or not)* C. the sum of the numbers that appear on the tiles that get removed** Furthermore, the score increases a lot if multiple lines are removed at once. *If you break a large color cluster when making lines, you get the Big Cluster bonus. **If you make one or more lines made of tiles of the same color, you get the Same Color bonus. Please let us know if you would like any further clarifications! So the game both dares you to make clusters as large as you can for BIG points while it also warns you to avoid making a cluster too big.
