Please stop all the bickering and name calling, no one is going to convince the other or convert them to a new way of thinking so just drop it please. Fighting is the path to the dark side. Fighting leads to fear. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.
So I'm at mission 65 and now I have to wait 8hrs for tier 5 to open up?... ..I don't understand these timers. Timers like this really hinder the game. This isn't a city builder where timers are somewhat acceptable. Why would a FPS have timers? ....
Yep and you can't even collect something like daily energy tabs like in Taichi panda that allow you to play for the entire day if you be collecting them for a week.
Dead Trigger 1, is clearly the better of the two games. Doesn't need a constant online connection. You can play offline. You're not limited due to timers. You can play as long as you want without having to wait. You can equip multiple weapons instead of 2 guns and 1 melee weapon. Dead Trigger 1, has an actual campaign and doesn't end at level 6 (Tech) like in Dead Trigger 2. My 2 cents. The upgrade system in Dead Trigger 2 is ridiculous. Having to upgrade your tech just to upgrade your gunsmith is too much.

When we decided to add the Energy Bar we were aware of some negative impact though we have chosen this very carefully and made sure Energy Bars wont be such an obstacle. Energy is frequently replenished by Cards, Level Ups and so on and you should be able to play for quite some time before you run out of energy. We are going to pay attention to this feature and feedback to players. While it might not result in a complete removal of this feature, we will make sure that Energy Bar is functioning properly, that is, not keeping players from playing but providing them with option to rest for a while so playing the game is not too consuming and provides comfortable playtime distribution.. Please try to give the game a shot and let us know about your experience with the Energy Bar. Your feedback will be truly appreciated and will help us to make the game better. Played DT1 on kindle fire HD few years back. The graphics back then were groundbreaking. No timers and for a few quid you could unlock and buy all the cool weapons. I have to say though that for me DT2 was better. Mainly because of the graphics (on my iPad Air just ridiculous - billowing flags, light shining off EVERYTHING). Also the variety of zombies and bosses and locations. I spent about five quid in it to complete the campaign. Then played patiently over a few weeks with the timers, using the very generous free gold offers, and unlocked tons of weapons for free. Got hours of exilerating gaming out of this game. I don't know how these guys make such amazing graphics, often with only 200-500mb downloads. Sorry to say though, UNKILLED looks and plays like a dogs dinner on iPad Air. Laggy and ugly. From others comments I wonder if it's a stop-gap meant more for casual iPhone play or something.
Dead Trigger 1 still looks great. The water effects are enabled on the 5s. Probably the same for the iPad Air. I urge anyone who hasn't played Dead Trigger 1 and is playing Unkilled....I'd make a friendly bet that they would like DT significantly better than Unkilled.
Comfortable playtime distribution lol. Rite, I choose whn I play and don't play. In fact, your edict has me opting to never play. So, thanks for that genius. Roflmmfao,MF.
Mad finger fell off hard; I've said it once already; creativity and talent all went down the drain with F2P. This; only furthers that point being a near rehash under a new title. Good god is it redundant! I mean does Madfinger lack motivation or are they just lazy? It's not too terribly difficult to do something different; is it? Reboot shadowgun need be it and this time use ORIGINAL ASSETS! Not the models, sounds and effects that came prepacked with Unity! But I guess even garbage is passable on mobile when given a fresh coat of 'next gen' graphics and some axe body spray.... To cover that horrendous smell of F2P the previous titles have left behind. I applaud you though Madfinger, strictly for having the sheer audacity to rehash a game that as far as I (and most) are aware is much worse than the first 2 pieces of F2P trash; successful only having caught the attention of most due to incredible lighting and reflections!
well i followed the advice of this dev and gave this game a go ok as far as im concern this game is fun the energy is a let down and dont tell me its for breaks since i have limited time to play if the game auto limits me its way worse so yeah this game by the way it feels a lot like modern combat but with zombies it has the same feel im not sure why
Just finished the game, haven't needed to buy a single IAP, the game is very fair and through playing I received over 600 gold coins. Can't wait for new levels!
I think a lot of the problem here is honesty. If developers just came out and said "we have to put an energy bar system in because we need to find some ways of making money out of a f2p game", people would accept it more. Saying "it's to make you have a rest from playing the game, for your benefit" just adds insult to injury.
Actually they did use original assets. They do a lot of development work with Unity (the company) and developed those models and effects that you see prepacked with Unity (the engine). So technically they did use original assets that they developed themselves. Something they continue to do even to the point of releasing an open source of codes and assets of Deadzone on to the Unity store. Dead Trigger, Shadowgun or Samaurai is not the only thing they do. They do a hell of a lot more in the background that you'll never even know about but will see every day in any Unity based game.
