I think the first handful of levels is okay in this state. I do find the start slow now but that's nothing a head start can fix. easy to earn more than that in a run. Oh how about adding a daily mission for a couple more coins or gems? It's nice to have missions to keep things headed somewhere.
Daily challenges is definitely a great idea. We were thinking of adding it as an update after launch.
Thanks for letting me in, Devs ! Gotta sleep, so i just played twenty indeed intense and speedy minutes. Runs smooth on iphone 5, swiping lanes and dashing is excellent ! But i really don't like the little but very irritating delay pulling off a jump. Am i the only one experiencing this ? Well, maybe i was too tired, and this is nothing you can afford in this very fast paced runner. More tomorrow. Thanks again.
Thanks for the feedback. There is a very short delay if you hold to the screen instead of tapping quickly, just to know whether the player is tapping or actually swiping slowly, but that shouldn't really affect the gameplay. The key is to take action as soon as the object blinks and not wait until the object approaches the toad. Did the delay make you die from laser beams? which situations felt frustrating with the jumping?
Not being so tired, it plays much better now. Yeah, the bottom lasers gave me that problem. If i jump at the very first blinking, i'm gonna die, at least with the starting pace and the enabled ship. It might change if the pace is getting faster (?). Didn't get to level 4, yet. Goodies are: installed size (as is right now) MB 56.4, the app loads pretty fast, there is a skip button and a fast replay action is (always a must) possible. From my customers point of view, i'd like to see the power-ups first and not the iap's. But this is due to not having the official coin-shop opend yet, i guess. Also, though i really like the in-game music, sometimes i wanna play my own library. Not possible now……off to play some more. Edit: didn't work on my first try (?), but playing my music first and then opening the game does work, great !

I thought the previous update was already polished but you guys keep improving it somehow. I used to do a x9 combo with double jumps alone prior to two updates ago but that was sorta buggy. Totally fixed now. Instead, I do 10x backflips! It's a lot easier now than it was when we first started testing. Good to bring in more players. To bring it into perspective, my previous best was around 400k. After 1 game in this update, it's the score in my screenshot and it was only about as hard as lv4-5 was before. Still seeing that bug where the coins and points appear for a split second on the far right side of the screen after a takedown. And another issue is that the points for a takedown overlap with the points for non-takedown tricks, i.e. dash, etc. I see two ways of addressing this: Add it to the combo chain or put the score for a takedown on the side somewhere in a different color or style.

As for the coins/points bug after a takedown, do you mean the coins and score counter on the top left? or the extra coins you get after a takedown that appears in the middle? We'll work on the extra score overlapping the takedown labels. Thanks for pointing that out.
I'll try to take video of it some time. If you blink, you'll miss it. It goes like this: Takedown Score appears in middle Disappears like other score text Reappears on right edge of the screen for a few milliseconds Disappears Edit: tried taking a video but I couldn't catch it with the video capture's frame rate. It's that fast!

Sorry about my absence but I finally got around to trying out the recent build. And let me just say... WOW. You guys have really nailed it here. This could be the next big endless game. There's just something about the number of lanes changing and trying to get the enemies to crash etc. all comes together really nicely and I'm having a lot of fun with it (more than Space Chicks!) Only question is whether you actually have that Toadland thing implemented yet? I noticed the video didn't work but the unlock asked for gems so I wasn't sure
Nice endless runner, the game looks very nice and polished, the gameplay is easy (only had troubles with the jump action), the idea with the different lanes is good and the game isn't too hard. The two first levels are a bit boring tho, only two lanes isnt as fun as 3, but I guess it's a must ^^ I also think that if the game would look better and be even more enjoyable if it was slightly zoom out so that we could see quicker those coming objects. I enjoyed playing it and looking forward to the next update.
They actually toned it down quite a bit. It was crazy fast with the first beta build (around double the speed) and would have been a huge barrier for casuals. Instead of zooming the camera out, they give you other warning signs like a scientist flying overhead or a blinking red wall. We're all just used to seeing the oncoming danger ourselves instead of being told what to expect. I think it's a fairly good change of play.
Thanks! we're happy that you found the new build interesting. The farther you reach in the game, the more it becomes exciting Toad Land is implemented but the video preview isn't there yet. You can unlock it by completing the mission set of multiplier x15. It features bright and colorful environments with a different vibe and an awesome soundtrack. Thanks for the feedback! Was the jumping difficult because you were jumping too early or there wasn't enough time to jump? or is it the tapping itself? You don't actually need to zoom out in order to see the blocks coming because there are warnings for obstacles. So you will mainly focus on the right side of the screen and take action as soon as an object blinks. Once you get the timing right, the gameplay becomes much more fun.
About the jump action, well I did it too early (well I actually did it right after seeing the warning), but I am sure you'll fix that pretty easily. Otherwise the gameplay feels right, fast and easy.
That's awesome! did you like it? Yeah, this happens with some gamers. The thing is many people have a very slow tap reaction, so when we shorten the blinking period, the opposite happens with them. We'll try to balance it more.
