I have no problems with the controls (on Ipad). In fact, they are very responsive.I have no idea what those reviews are referring to. Really enjoying this.Got all objectives on the first world without too much problem.Gamecentre support would be nice, but seeing as so many people are having issues with gamecentre,it's probably a wise move to leave it out until there is a fix. (I know the current IOS beta has supposedly fixed it.Fingers crossed). Also, different music for each world would be nice. I have no hesitation in recommending this or supporting the dev via the IAP.
Thank you @retrogamOR. This game and it's controls and physics is pretty much aimed at gamers like you (retro Gamer?). I pretty much referenced megaman X. Not exactly the same kind of physics, but close enough I hope. This kind of controls and physics provide (at least me) a kind of satisfaction when dashing and dodging through the obstacles fluidly, compared to many platformers on mobile with the "floaty" kind of jump physics.
You're very welcome. Not really familiar with the Magaman series.Being from the UK,most people i knew grew up on the ZX Spectrum,C64,Amiga & Arcade games (as did i).So i didn't have much experience of console gaming until the playstation. Your game sort of reminds me of those days.A time when gameplay was king & games didn't hold your hand. Anyway, congrats on the game.I'm sure many will appreciate it for what it is.
Thanks for the support! Now I'm just hoping to grab more eyes and plays if only any of them youtubers would play this on their channel. None whom I contacted has responded, only some minor channels picked it up.
For dear supporters who follows this thread. I will be updating the game to support only iOS 8.3 and above. This is to nip ppl from posting 1 star reviews because a free game doesn't run on their device.
