Well, yes as I had run out of room on the first page. I'd like for a long list of games (and descriptions) right there on one page so people don't have to go through the whole thread etc.. I think it's also the best way for people to see and hopefully download some of these games.
wow - quite a list and growing - I will always love Archibalds adventure, and Toki Tori - not sure if they're realy underplayed though
YES. Archibald's Adventure is SEVERELY underplayed. I own the PSP version, and that game is PACKED with levels. And the levels actually make you think. The music is pretty decent, and the graphics are really good. Well worth the money.
For gods sake remove Modern combat 3 of the list. The thread is losing the whole credibility because of it. I don't care if it's your favorite game, it just doesn't belong here. (or at least replace it with MC4). Also, some games are listed twice. You should merge the "reviews" of those.
Does this game even work anymore? I thought it was iOS 4 and under compatible and never updated or something...
Xenome should be stricken from the list for not working on newer ios versions. I bought it after reading this thread and the developers stopped supporting it a long time ago.
Sorry I'll get back to updating thread and I asked if anyone wants to be mentioned for credit on the front page to tell me. All the games on the first page are a compilation of what everyone has posted throughout, I wanted to make it easy with one giant list etc...
Pocket Ninjas - more mature fruit ninja clone, and plays, looks, and sounds very well too. Omegapixel - has some sort of Tilt to Live vibe, but with touch controls, and a teleporting twist to it. All in glorious retro, and totally free. IAPs certainly not needed. Gene Effect - one of the best adventure/exploration games on the appstore, and i dont think it got the attention it deserves.
Space Disorder When this first arrived the devs chose to use controls as swipes, wasnt a huge success, people asked for virtual buttons and an update finally arrived with much better controls. I do think devs should add alternative controls, too many times i read 'we've got our own new way of controlling the character' which often fails. If possible have a backup control scheme of traditional buttons etc Graphics are very good, game plays very well, well worth checking out and top marks to the devs for listening here.
- Neon Guy - Mars quest *to lazy to post a review. But those two games are free (or have a free version) so you can check them out.
Yes, overreacting a little, but the point is true. What in the blue hell is MC3 doing there indeed, it basically changes the thread to a "list your favourite games" thread. Might as well throw Infinity Blade 2 and Real Racing 3 on this hidden gems list too if MC3 is on there.
