Honda is actually amazing. Ironic since none of the actual big name players (with the exception of possibly Messi) have decided to really turn up this tournament. Hopefully that changes now that we're out of the group stages.

I say as long as Chile doesn't concede an early goal, it's going to be Chile/Switzerland moving on...

    Eh, you're right :p

Chile is looking a lot better than Spain...

It would be INCREDIBLE for Italy, France and Spain not advance... if only Argentina hadn't...

I dunno but that was certainly an impressive one-touch hit from that distance.

I'm glad Villa made that goal. Why? Because it shows intelligence and precision; both of which are coming to Barcelona. :)

The World Cup is like the second world war.

    The French surrendered.

    The Italians retreated.

The Americans showed up at the last minute.

And poor England has to fight the Germans!

I believe that has been said already.

Also, those last 10 minutes of the Spain-Chile match made me die a little inside. Thrilling first half though.

Sportscenter is going to have the "Top 10 Goals of the World Cup" thing soon, so I'd tune in before the end of the show (20 minutes).

To be honest, I haven't really seen many amazing goals so far this tournament, granted, we aren't actually that far in yet, but still. I've seen better on the 'goal of the month' feature (premier league).

I think that Maicon's and Villa's first goal today were EPIC.

    Also: Both Japan's free kicks.

Yeah, but like I said previously, I've seen better or at least on par with these. I'll put this down to the big players not being up to par this tournament so far, but I still have hope.
