Thanks Thanks for your replies and attempts to help! Still wandering, I'll probably have to start over if I want to see the ending but think I'll opt to save myself the frustration and maybe just play a game that works properly. Thanks for your time, have fun out there.
What do I do after I kill shadowspire? Is the main quest done? I read something about your fathers ghost. But he's not behind the house? Anyone want to help me out?
Gorak in the Mansion gives you spirit dust as part of the main quest; I think... maybe you sold your spirit dust (?) then I'm not sure how to replace.
Hellppppp!!! Where is mercifus located after I have the scepter!!! Hi there this question has been asked already three or four times but so far no one has answered it yet can someone please tell me where I can find mercifus after o have the scepter. Which character do I have to go up to and UAE the scepter on and where in the game is this character located? Many many thanks to the person who can answer this question
Merificus is in the throne room with the King. When you walk into the room he's to the right. use the scepter on him.
OK, I am stumped. My quest log does not seem to be updating. First, the dragon told me he needed some soothing balm. But that did not update in my list of quests. It didnt tell me how to get or make a balm... THen, some guy back in the city wanted me to assasinate a nobleman. I killed the guy but the quest did not update either. The guy who hired me wont talk to me?! How do I fix this?
I don't know but when you find out let me know! I can't get anything to happen normally in this game. Jeez.
Iirc correctly here are some leads... Soothing Balm - Talk to a woman in a hut on the eastern coast of the desert (basically on the opposite side of the map in the same area as the dragon). She will give you a soothing balm direction. Nobleman - I think assasination of the nobleman is the first step in a quest to get the key to the mansion in the city. It's silly but make sure you are speaking with Luther in the alley by the red/blue fighters after the assasination. Basically this is part of a quest to get into the mansion, if you've done that then you're ahead of the curb anyway. Hope this helps...
Just so everyone knows I'm downloading the latest beta build as I type, which includes the promised paladin class along with the upgraded iPad ui and a few other things I'll let you guys find out on your own Which means it won't be long now till it reaches you guys.
I want to play through it a third time... I really do... but I need Game Center achievements. I need something to show for my effort!
i remember that back in the original aralon thread before the game was released the developers had stated that there where some quests you could only do if you were an outlaw. does anyone know where to find said quests? i beat the game so i turned outlaw for the fun of it.
Yes! This was my thought as well... so I went outlaw and headed to the Thieves Den to look for some damn ! over NPC heads. If the outlaw quests would be anywhere they would be there, right? NADA. I know I am missing some quests and I really want to complete them! Grokks hut? Giants? Gnome burrows? Elementals? There seems to be a lot of marked locations on the map that are not connected to quests. Devs... Help!
Any chance for Aralon going MMO in the future? I can't picture a better setting. The world would need to be larger, some additional races to war with, etc. The grouping and co-op would be fun. I'd even pay a subscription price if it were only a couple dollars/month. For inspiration I would look at Ultima Online - it's an old game, but did so many things correctly.
I don't think it'll ever go MMO. Not to say they aren't planning on doing more with it though. They wanna take it to the Mac AppStore eventually, and continue updating it with more features. I'm kinda glad it's single player only actually.
Aw, man. I hope SOMEONE comes out with a good MMO. I tried Pocket Legends but IMHO that game is just so weak.
