As far is IAP all I see is keys, silver or gold, in packages up to $99.99 Essentially each chest loot is determined by what key you use to open gold=epic, silver =rare, and bronze common. So far one gold key got me an epic item and it stands out. You must log on with Facebook, otherwise you can only play as a guest. Facebook login also give you 3 gold keys I believe. Very resource heavy think iPad 4.
